Stayed Jul 3, 2025The condo was perfect for myself and my 2 teens. It had everything we needed and more. Communication with the host was great. We had zero issues. The location is perfect, super close walking distance to coligny beach and plaza. The condo was ready for us even before check in and the instructions were very easy to follow. We spend every night on the balcony enjoying the breeze. 10 out of 10 recommend staying here.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Quick weekend getaway before the holiday rush hit. We’ve stayed at Seaside multiple times and this unit did not disappoint. Great ocean views! Cold AC and comfortable furniture, stocked kitchen, even beach chairs. Would return!

Stayed May 23, 2024We had a great stay! It was plenty of room for the two of us. The location is great as it’s right down the street from Coligny and a short drive to Harbor Town. The walk to the beach was very short and we enjoyed the pool as well. It was a great long weekend!

Stayed Jun 12, 2022My cousin & I brought our moms, age 77 and 80, on a girls trip. This property was perfect! We loved our stay and they want to stay here next year. Convenient to so much. The property was clean. Good sized. Well equiped. And our owner left us a treat box and a note welcoming us and thanking us for staying. It. Was. Amazing!
