Stayed Jul 18, 2020This condo was OK, but we were expecting more for the additional cost of a Sun River Resort property (~25% taxes). Being close to the village and free access to the pool was great. The inside of the condo was clean and spacious, but the patios were small and filthy. The most disappointing part was the kitchen, which is as basic as they come — none of the usual staples that other rentals have. If you’re planning on cooking meals, bring EVERY ingredient and seasoning you need and serving dishes. We visit Sunriver every summer, and will look for owner rentals from now on.

Stayed Jun 12, 2020We enjoyed our stay, as we love Sunriver and the surrounding area, and we don't typically complain, but we were disappointed that the TV in the living room area was not working. Several workers attempted to fix it, but they finally had to bring a loaner TV in for the last day. The beds were significantly hard, and could have used a memory foam topper to make them more comfortable. We hate it when legs and arms fall asleep before we do. The lighting in the bedroom sucked, and we were also expecting fireplaces. One was a pellet stove, which gave us heat upstairs, but made the thermostat shut off so the downstairs was frigid. The other fireplace downstairs was an electrical thing that didn't put off any heat. The downstairs was freezing cold, with no way to adjust that, which meant you were crawling into rediculously frozen sheets. An electric blanket would have helped that. The condo was cute, and fairly clean, though we found 2 small tomatoes on the floor, and definitely dusty baseboards. But again, we love Sunriver, so that part was awesome and getting away from home and those responsibilities is always great!!
