    We had a fabulous stay in Waikoloa Village. Weather was perfect. Beautiful setting with ocean views. Appreciated the proximity to the pool and clubhouse bar. Unit has upgraded amenities and decor making it comfortable for 4 guests. We would stay here again!

    We have stayed in Waikoloa many times over the past 25 years and this was one of our favorite locations. The condo, while not huge, worked well for our group of four. With the views of the golf course, palm trees, and ocean, there was no need to go searching for views. We enjoyed the sunset each night from our unit or down at the Ocean Club. The Ocean Club was an added bonus with a full bar, restaurant, and towel service. Hali'i Kai has a great sense of community with many guests returning every year. LOVE Rentals (management company) was very accommodating and easy to work with. They responded promptly to inquiries with a cheerful demeanor. Great vacation!

    Hali i Kai is our favorite location to stay on the big island. The ocean front pool & private restaurant of The Ocean Club is resort living at the best. This 1st floor condo made it easy for us to move in with our golf clubs. View of ocean, golf course. 7c is great!

    Very nice condo, beautiful location. Fully equipped in all respects, great lanai for morning coffee and gas grill for dinner. But as with some previous reviews, the question is what we’re getting for that cleaning deposit… old dirty towels left in the bathroom hamper; decorative pillows just scattered on the bed while the sleeping pillows were piled in the corner without covers; fridge water/ice dispenser needs cleaning; ceiling fan light in second bedroom turned itself on and off at all hours, living room ceiling fan turned itself off whenever; A/C took a while to cool things off, then it was OK. Still a great place to stay… with some more attention to the cleaning.

    This unit is in a great complex. We have stayed in this complex many times but this was our first time in this unit. I’d definitely stay here again! The unit is furnished nicely and has a great kitchen with various pantry staples and good selection of pans and utensils. The lanai has a bbq and lovely views! Everything was clean and in great shape. There were beach chairs and other items plus good beach towels. A great place and good communication from the managers!

    Hali’i Kai is our favourite place to stay on the Big Island and Hawaii in general. This property is a perfect example of why. Clean, updated, stunning views of the ocean and sunset, easy access to the Ocean Club and everything Waikoloa has to offer. The complex is very quiet. We would absolutely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

    We had a decent stay with an easy check in process. Our main concerns were that the unit is in need of some deep cleaning. The main bedroom bedsheets were dirty and even after bleaching them there were still spots. The kitchen floor has stains, and the fridge was not in the best condition for overall cleanliness. Other than the cleanliness issues, the unit was in a great location and provided great views. They supplied a lot of beach equipment and had tennis rackets available to use at the local court. I would stay here again if the property management company did a deep cleaning of the unit.
