Enjoyed our stay. Very spacious. Great communication with host. Wish we had stayed longer to spend more time in the condo.

My family and I arrived at our VRBO booking to find the cleaning lady still inside the unit. We waited outside for about 20 minutes, which initially wasn’t a big issue. it turned out to be fortunate because the keypad lock code did not work. If the cleaning lady had not let us in, we would not have been able to access the unit at all! The lock issue became a serious problem later when we wanted to go to dinner. Once inside, the unit felt noticeably warm, stuffy, and uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not cooling properly, and the air felt difficult to breathe. I contacted the property manager, who was responsive and asked for photos and videos of the lock issue and AC concerns.Due to the conditions, I requested a refund but was told this was not possible because of the property’s policy. I was informed that an AC technician would come the next morning. Unfortunately, that night was miserable—hot, humid, and sleepless for my family, especially with kids. To make matters worse, the lock seemed to reset itself throughout the night, making us feel uneasy about sleeping in the unitThe following morning, a technician arrived and confirmed the unit needed coolant and that the AC thermostat needed to be replaced. While we were on our way to the Disney theme parks, I received a message from the property manager asking if we would be back by 3 p.m. so the technician could reenter the unit. I explained that we were on vacation and that entry was fine as long as the door was loc

It was a quiet place to stay! We love that area and it was a great location. But overall needs updated, a good deep cleaning, pans were dirty, found a cockroach in kitchen, carpet needs deep cleaned and entry way needs a good cleaning. If it was updated and cleaner, it would be a perfect place, and I would stay again!

All was good except we could not take shower unless u were ok with cold water they sent someone to fix it but he didn't so had to wait I'll go home for shower after playing golf all day in90degree heat

Great clean cozy place

Very nice resort for golfers, but limited for others who like somewhere to walk. Access to two lovely swimming pools.The apartment was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable.For a longer term stay, more storage space is required. There was no spare linen and we had to ask for extra towels. No dining table and coffee table had no top, so was useless and constantly in the way.Owner needs to re think about essential items, such as bath mats and pool towels.

Booked on short notice and got quick and clear response enabling us to move in quickly. Decor was great - everything clean and well stocked. Quick, clear communication with host ... great experience!

Very pleasant stay at this clean, well-equipped, bug-free condo. Description and photos were accurate. Check-in was super easy and partying was close and plentiful. Everything was modern and we thought the beds were super comfortable. Our only issue was we had some internet outages at times but communication with the property was prompt and informative.

Great place to stay in Reunion. My only suggestion would be additional towels and toiletries.

Would stay again.
