Reviewer Comments: Lakefront was better in my opinion the room was ok some of the tile kitchen was broken and we had found a roach hallway and the air was set on 73 but it was really cold not so hot water in the master bedroom and i didnt realize the washer and dryer was outside and you paid to wash clothes property was well maintained though i would stay again but on Lakefront or the new Grove thats coming

My family absolutely loved this property! There was plenty of room for everyone. All six of us were able to sit at the dining table together as well as in the living room. We even had space to sit on the patio and enjoy the views. It was clean, comfortable, and had the best AC to keep us cool! All the comforts of home were readily available. The dishes, pots, pans, and anything needed was provided. The check-in process was very simple. The swimming pool was right across the street and the beach was less than a mile away. We were close to the outlets, grocery stores, and plenty of food options. This rental gets a 10! We will definitely be returning!

The building is nicely tucked away, just steps from the pool, and the unit itself was clean and comfortable. We’d absolutely stay here again and are already hoping to book for next year!

I would highly recommend renting a golf cart. The first night the hot water wasn’t working. We called and there was a prompt service call. Due to some construction the hot water wasn’t working turned off so it was an easy fix. The rooms were a nice size and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Seascape for the past 35 years and have loved it. However, the last 2 to 3 years, the unit was dirty and the televisions did not work. The floors were filthy, leaving our toddler and our feet filthy. It was difficult to get the guest relations team to answer the phone and when they did, they were not courteous our concerned about our issues. We love the resort and have many good memories but are sad to say we won't be staying there again.

Had two different neighbors in the same building come by & they both could smell it from outside the door. Didn’t even have to come in. Emily from the office was no help at all. Had to stay there 2 nights before they would move us. Next condo was great. Amanda from the office was very helpful. Would NEVER stay there again!!
