Stayed Mar 1, 2025We had a great 30 day stay. The condo is very nice and it is in a great location. It was very clean and the pictures accurately reflected the current condo. Our only suggestion is to consider replacing the mattress in the master suite as well as the couch in the living room. Both appear to have outlived their comfort. But we had a great time regardless and will definitely be returning.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024Great place on the 9th fairway at Troon North CC. Beautiful view of Pinnacle Peak mountain. The condo is beautifully appointed. Office now has doors that close(not seen on the pictures on Vacasa)and served as a bedroom for our young grandkids when they visited with their parents. Having the pool and workout facility directly across from the condo was awesome and very convenient. Many trailheads for hiking nearby(Browns Ranch,Tom's Thumb, Pima/Dynamite and Pinnacle Peak to name a few). Would rent this condo again without hesitation.

Stayed Oct 3, 2022This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay. However, based on the way it was stocked/supplied (kitchen, household basics), we felt it would be more suitable to a shorter stay than our 6 weeks. We also had some issues upon arrival that needed to be addressed, and the local property manager did not begin working on them for a week. This was disappointing.
