Golf-course view condo with central AC, free WiFi & shared pool - walk to beach

We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head! This condo was in a great location. A quick walk to the pool and a 2 minute car ride to the Shipyard beach access. Plenty of beach parking was available in the morning. Beach accessories were available to us at the condo - wagon, umbrellas, toys, etc. We were close to many restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was no Keurig but there was a coffee pot. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great trip!

This ia a beautiful home in a great location I would’ve given it a five out of five however we had some issues with the housekeeping. A little too late in the evening, we noticed that the master bed had its covers on, but there were no sheets underneath and no spares to be found. Also many of the pillows in the other rooms had pillowcases too small for the pillows. Management did give us sheets in the morning. We had some problems with the coffee maker, but after some trials we were able to descale it. Unfortunately, we discovered too late that the dishwasher utensil holder was incredibly gunked up, which may be the reason why the dishes weren’t getting clean and it was not something I could clean. The other thing is, I would let people know that there’s only one dish towel in the kitchen .. how to make everyone help clean up when there’s only one. I say these things mainly because if I was the owner I would want to know if my home was being taken care of..this home is beautiful and in a perfect location. We loved using the pool and being able to have access to the beach and ride bikes along the paths.

Beautiful home in a great location however housekeeping is not letting this be a 5 star as the master bedroom did not have any sheets on the bed and there weren’t any in the home, pillow cases too small for pillows, dishwasher extremely dirty (never seen before and wish i had seen before we used the dishes) and keurig needed to be descaled. Management did provide sheets the next day. That said we did have a great week and loved the pool and close proximity to the beach!

This house was phenomenal and we totally enjoyed our stay with one exception, the 2 of the 5 days it rained all day long!!! So we stayed in the house and it is a beautiful place; making our indoor time extremely comfortable and relaxing!!!

This condo was clean and met our family's needs perfectly. Any issues were dealt with promptly by the property manager *******. The beach items there for renters use are great and money saver!

Location is perfect for beach and pool. Updated condo is sparking clean, open and tastefully decorated. Extra amenities were a pleasant surprise. You can’t do better on HHI!!!

Great condo and a great location! Felt right at home! It’s a .5 mile walk to the beach, but very pleasant on the shaded l, paved path. The Shipyard complex is very private and relaxing, a great place to enjoy walks and a bike ride.

2nd time visiting this Beach Getaway! Upgrades are really nice! Super Clean, great air conditioning, plenty kitchen utensils ! Awesome Beach shed and easy access to the beach:) Highly recommend.

We loved the location and the amenities of this condo! Being on the end unit, there is a wrap around deck with lots of space. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching golfers on the 6th green. The only drawback was that every morning between 4:30 and 5:30, a golf course employee would come by on a golf cart and wake us up. But not a deal breaker for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and beautifully done. Huge sofa in the living room for several people to sit and watch TV. This was our first time to Hilton Head and we fell in love and will be coming back and would love to stay in this same condo! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The property is newly renovated and looks just like the pictures. The owner has thought of everything when setting this up to rent. It has plenty of dishes, silverware, cups, etc. The pots, pans and cooking utensils are nice quality. They allowed us to use their beach chairs, wagon and boogie boards. It's close walking distance to the beach. We recommend renting bikes as you can ride many places. The rental has a great deck for you to grill and play games. We would definitely stay here again!!
