Beautiful condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: LOVED staying here. Clean. The floor plan was set up great for our family. We loved having our master suite on one side with huge bathroom. My daughter took the queen bedroom and my two boys shared the twin bedroom. The golf cart was a huge perk. The most beautiful beach! Short golf cart ride to Baytowne Wharf which we loved and ate and shopped there multiple times. Kids loved the pool. Quiet having coffee on the lanai in the mornings. I'll mention a couple cons: 1) We could hear the people walking around above us easily. Thumping and running. So not great sound proofing between floors. 2) The golf cart headlights went in and out like they had an electrical issue so it wasn't safe to drive after dark. 3) Very short on silverware. Only 5 spoons and forks so we had to constantly wash those. 4) Half the outlets in the kitchen didn't work or the under cabinet lighting but we managed with just the other two for coffee, toaster and phone/computer chargers. Their also wasn't a garage door opener when we arrived but I reached out to property management and they had a new one to us in a few days. And due to the inconvenience offered us a later check out time which we took so that was nice. Over all we loved it and would definitely stay here again.

We loved the property layout and close proximity to pool. It says the pool is not heated but it was. The golf cart was great for the short ride to the beach. We loved our stay!

We love Sandestin and this place is very comfortable. Easy to get in and out of for our elderly family. Plenty going on for the kids. Rooms are quite and furniture is comfy. We'll come back again!

Everything was fantastic except, dryer did not dry. Electrical sockets in most rooms didn't work especially on the kitchen counters. In other rooms the plugs wouldn't stay in socket. Didn't have enough knives. As long as you know it was great.

We enjoyed our stay...location was accessible to beach and stores ...great area! We loved the pool We did have some inconveniences but they were able to fix them! Overall would definitely recommend ?

We had a great week at this property. The beach is easy to get to but we spent more time in the pool as it’s very close and was never busy. The golf cart is great and we had a blast riding around and exploring. We did hear a little noise from the unit above us on the first night but it wasn’t too bad. We would Consider staying here again.

The carpets are disgusting. The bedroom curtain are very cheap looking as well. The master bath was very roomy. The golf cart was in great working condition.

The unit was very dirty, I sent over several pictures to show how dirty the unit was. I was embarrassed to have my family stay. It was clear it hasn't had a deep cleaning in a long time. Here is a list of the issues, floor and carpet extremely dirty. Stove had standing grease on the vent-a-hood, celling fan in master didn't work and I had to purchase a fan at the store myself when maintenance could not fix it. Filter in refrigerator needed to be replaced. Enough dust on the furniture to write your name with; all the furniture coverings and throw pillows are nasty and should be replaced. Additionally, several pillow covers were ripped. Tile was broken in the family room. Black mold in the master shower. Dining table chair with broken leg that would come off of the bottom of the chair when moved. I paid far too much for this disappointment, it was so bad we checked out three days early. I will never rent on VRBO again.
