The building will undergo exterior work, but there is currently no confirmed timeline for completion. We were initially informed that the work would be completed by April 7, 2026; however, that timeline has since been extended.
Guests are subject to the rental agreement terms and any specific house rules outlined by the AOAO. After booking you will be required to e-sign the rental agreement through your guest portal.

    The unit was just as advertised. It was clean, in great condition, and well appointed. It is in a beautiful, quiet community and has golf course views. The only thing to note is the community pool was not heated.

    a spotless, clean, modern and well equipped two story apartment. Beds are very comfortable. AC and all equipment work very well. Just perfect. We felt home away from home.

    Loved the property! Have been to the big island a few times and by far this was the nicest condo we have experienced. Property manager was available when we had trouble with cable and immediately fixed. Will for sure rent again!

    We've been to the Big Island three times and this was by far, the best property we've ever stayed in. The cleanliness and decor was impeccable. The location was so peaceful and serene. We appreciated all the extra linens, bedding and extras in the garage (beach chairs and umbrella, towels and cooler). Your condo made our trip the best ever. We also appreciated the quick response from the property management company. Everyone was so helpful.
