Golf course-front condo with heated pool, tennis, golf, golf views, BBQ, lanai

The condo is a bit of a drive from the beach and tourist areas, but it was a nice village with beautiful views. To correct the property description, there isnt a lanai and the instructions asked us to stay off the backyard. We were on the 1st hole of the course, so i get it. There is plenty of room inside and we felt very safe. The unit could use some updates, but who spends all their time in the unit?

We didn’t have much contact with host . Condo itself very good sized BUT needs good general cleaning. Master bedroom carpet wasn’t vacuumed for long time( we arrived at 11 p.m.and must vacuum carpet twice before get to the bedroom, after first vacuum bag (it’s bagless vacuum) was so full that need to be emptied and then vacuumed again ), bathroom rugs wasn’t washed. Lots of dust behind beds, cobwebs everywhere. Furniture needs to be changed, dining table is a joke, terrible, old and unstable. There’s not enough plates and coffee cups. Overall for this money we paid condo need to be upgrade from top to bottom.

This was a beautiful location on the Big Island. Backing a lovely golf course, beautifully landscaped and easy to get to. Directions were clear and precise, and easy to get in and get settled. The Condo was sooo spacious. It was very comfortable, nicely furnished, especially with lamps for dimmer lighting in the evenings. The beds were comfortable, and the dining table in the lanai was the favorite place to enjoy eating and Take in all the Beauty. All the french doors offered a lovely Island breeze and allowed the beauty from outside to stream in. The ceiling fans offered extra air flow. I only used AC once in two weeks for just a couple hours in the evening on a warm day when I didn't want the door to be open at night. Otherwise it was perfect temperatures just with the breeze or the fan. The furnishings and linens were very nice, and plentiful, including extra coverings, but I never needed in March. Very convenient washer and dryer available in the hallway for any necessary laundry. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking pans and utensils for anything you want to make. Three bathrooms was a plus!! Especially if you had several people it would make it a dream. It was close to a recreation center with outdoor tennis courts and pickle ball courts that always were tempting when taking morning walks just around the neighborhood. It was always a quiet place, hardly any outside noise disturbing. Being on the end, it seemed extra quiet, a little distance from pool and garbage disposal, so no outside noise disturbing the peace. The grounds are well kept and well lit at night, so you can comfortably walk to the spa or pool, or just enjoy an evening stroll. This was a wonderful place to stay, a home away from home, yet in a beautiful place, quiet, and relaxing, that was a great base to go see many sites around the Island. Grocery stores and mall with food court very close by. Beaches a short drive. Easy Access to roads to go various directions to see sites! Definately hope to come back. SOON I hope! I have already recommended this Condo to Friends and Family, and have shown pictures ....they are ready to come for a stay!! This was the 6th location visiting Hawaii on various trips and this Condo was our best experience in accomodations. Enjoy your stay here!!

I have never left a bad review but I want to be honest to save any future renters the disappointment we had during our stay. Very dirty carpet with stains, so dirty we rolled it up during our stay. Windows were dirty and to see what little view we had we decided to clean them ourselves. Ants were a problem which for the most part was resolved within 3-4 days of our stay. Cockroach issue was never resolved but it is a tropical island but in all our previous vacations it has never been an issue. The dryer has such a loud screech when in use we could only use it when we were away from the condo. Furniture needs to be updated. Both tables wobble until you use something to shimmy them with. On a positive note the bedding and bathrooms were clean. Beach chairs, toys and ice chest were provided. Quiet location 15 minute drive from beaches.

The property owners should invest in pest control and some furniture that’s comfortable. For 4 thousand dollars a week I had higher expectations

Loved the location, the huge jetted tub was luxurious, the condo was a great size to more than one family with two principle bedroom suites!! Love the pool just a few steps away and restaurants close. The most beautiful beaches I have ever been to are close as well!! I would stay permanently if I could?!
