Big Sky is a beautiful place filled with activities.
We had a problem getting hot water. Directions call Logan place. The mattresses were squeaky and without cushion.
Beautiful view over the golf course. Close to downtown with cute supermarkets and nice places to eat. The house was everything and more with all the cute family touches. We fell in love with its charm.
Nice, well-lit open condo. Great deck and beautiful views.
Rundown , just a rental with some quirks, but the skiing made up for it...
The property was nice and exactly like advertised. It was cozy and located in a great area. The listing boasted a fireplace but there was no fire starters, no wood and a propane lighter that barely lit. That bothered me as I was looking forward to a nice fire after skiing. Also, on our last day there were very loud crazy dogs barking next door. It sounded like they were in our place. It seemed to me that the unit next door was privately owned and these were the dogs of that owner but I could not be 100% sure. Hopefully they were just ignorant renters. I hate to mention this but these reviews need to be honest. If those dogs were in that unit at anytime other than the last day of our stay I would have lost my mind. Its a shame dog owners don't have any boundaries when it comes to their barking dogs! Especially in condos where people spend a considerable amount of money.
This property was beneath the standards of a rental property. It was not a welcoming place, no welcome note or basic house instructions. There were several maintenance issues, none of which were addressed (towel rack fell off wall when a towel was hung on it, slow drain in sink and tub in the master bathroom, guest bath toilet ran, lightbulbs burned out in every room in the house- no replacements provided. The most concerning problem was the lack of cleanliness of the property, especially in light of the pandemic. We know for sure the oven was not cleaned before our arrival, because there was a dirty pan with food on it found in the oven. There was open bar of travel soap and open travel shampoo bottle in the guest bathroom. This should never have been left there. There was a dirty coffee mug found under the bed in the master bedroom, along with other various trash/items under the bed. Several drawers in the bedroom had personal items stored in them. They should be stowed in an owners cabinet or closest for a rental. I did not feel that any special cleaning procedures in the wake of COVID were taken to ensure cleanliness. When I contacted Vacasa through the on-line portal, someone indicated that the local staff would be notified to address my concerns. We were never contacted. When I followed up with additional property issues mid-week. I received no reply to address those issues either. Needless to say we were very disappointed in our lodging accommodations and the customer service we received during our stay. I have rented many vacation properties over the last 15 years and never have such a lack of concern for clearly what was an unsatisfactory situation.
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a perfect size for our family of four to ski during the day and then enjoy the fireplace at night. Everything was comfortable, clean, and easy.
The condo, located near Big Sky, had amazing views and walking / cross country ski paths. Also very close to Big Sky Town center, which has an abundance of shops, restaurants, pubs and a grocery store. We had a rental vehicle so driving up to park and ski and Big Sky was very simple. Very clean condo with a full kitchen and 2.5 baths. I would definitely return to this location.
Spent four great days in the mountains, hiking on the trails and exploring the town. Condo was great, plenty of room and a great stock of firewood!!
