Golf community condo near beach with on-site pool, golf, & screened balcony

Property close to golf, shopping and restaurants. Buildings need cleaning, elevator needs air vents. Overall nice vacation.

Beautiful location and home. House and pool needed maintenance. Exceptional response when I called with issues. The beach is the nicest I've been to in NC. Charming town with good restaurants.

Needs some upkeep inside and outside of house. Appliances were broken and feel some probably need to be replaced. Great space for our large group. Beach was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay and worked through the issues.

Lovely large house with a great pool and a short walk to the beach. We loved the wagon you provided for pulling all the gear to the beach! Plenty of room for all. Could use some minor TLC and sprucing up to be perfect.

The property was nasty. Things weren’t cleaned well, roaches present, things were broken upon arrival and it was clear the property management company didn’t care. I would never stay here again

Great location on Caswell beach! Nearly 0.5 mile from last public parking so the beaches were very private and not crowded. Pool was great and the kids loved the night lights.

Nice property amenities, condo was comfortable but floors were very dirty and carpet is stained. Master bed was soft and comfortable, 2nd bedroom bed was very hard. Linens were good shape but most of the furniture was worn, and unit needs a deep clean.

Perfect location, it feels like you have your own private beach. Pool was a great hit with both kids and adults. Still close enough for quick golf cart ride to all the restaurants.

Our recent stay at this beach house was fantastic! The location truly can’t be beat—just steps from the sand and close to everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The neighborhood is peaceful, and waking up to ocean views every morning was a real treat. We loved being able to walk to the beach so easily, close to the lighthouse, and there were plenty of great local restaurants and activities nearby to keep everyone entertained. The house itself is comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay and space was as described. The pool was definitely a highlight and amazing. The house and deck could use a few minor repairs & updates but that didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. The space was clean, welcoming, and perfect for a family trip. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable beach escape!

The house was amazing we all loved it Personal beach access, own private salt water pool was very well loved n very nice location. Away from all the hustle n bustle made it a relaxing vacation.
