Stayed May 12, 2022No communication on check-in/out. Kitchen sink leaked. Bedroom sliding door taped shut. Everyone gave anyone codes because the code was changed with out telling anyone. Other than that it was great

Stayed Oct 31, 2025The unit was in excellent condition, communication with the host was outstanding and the golf cart was an added bonus as we used it every day. We had no issues during our stay.

Stayed Sep 25, 2025Perfect beach view. Clean condo. Could use a few more coffee cups and maybe a smaller baking pan. Found broken beach chairs but they were replaced ASAP after notifying company. Umbrella in working order. Also mentioned slow draining bathroom sink - no one addressed this issue. Golf cart worked well. Enjoyed pickle ball and putt putt in the evening.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025This was a super disappointing stay. We stay in Florida 3-4 times per year and this has been the worst experience we have ever had. The communication was very poor- I had to keep reaching out and calling to get information on our room. No welcome package giving us details. Our golf cart was out of service and they told me they would submit a compensation request (this was the only reason we booked the room) and we would receive compensation. They also kept telling me they would call the mechanic servicing to get an update and every time I called they never had reached out. The room was decently clean but furniture was not. I could have booked a room that was substantially cheaper and more accommodating.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The trip was great. Excellent location, beautiful view. The condo was nice but had a few items broken.One blow dryer was broken and when I called about it nothing was done.Could have easily replaced it.Need to upgrade pillows.Needed extra blankets or throws.Tell guests to bring all cooking essential (salt pepper, coffee, etc) nothing is provided.

Stayed Sep 9, 2024We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean. Convenient to elevators. AC worked very well. Beds were comfortable. Box fan in the master did the job! We did not use the beach items, but there were chairs and toys available. We found no negatives to interfere with our trip. The golf cart is older, but it is quite zippy at 25 mph! Got is where we wanted with no problems.

Pictures don’t do this rental justice! Everything was very clean upon arrival. We came and went a lot and there was always someone in the lobby cleaning. We didn’t use the golf cart as much as we thought but it was a fun activity to pass time with our kids. Never have we had owners call and check to see how everything was going and if we needed anything! The owners kept it very professional and made us feel welcomed. This location was perfect right on the beach. The thing that sold us were the alcohol, snow cones and hot dogs on the beach!
