Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was awesone, everyone had plenty of room. The view was prefect. My mom and I enjoyed the parking deck up. It made it so easy to get out and into the building with her scooter. Loved the 4 elevators.

The home was beautiful with a great view. Maybe even better was the service by MVH. They are personal, responsive and we’re doing everything to make our stay enjoyable. Stayed Oct 30, 2024We had a very nice stay. One night the alarm went off. nothing seemed to be the matter. We called it in but they didn't come to check it out but did give us the ok to silence the alarm. I'm very good with recognizing problems and everything seemed ok.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Sandestin Westwinds Unit 4759 for 3 straight years now with 2 other couples. We always enjoy our stay and the condo fits our needs perfectly. If I were to offer one critique, we all agree that the condo needs some updating. But not a deal breaker as we will more than likely come back next year!

The carpets were stained and appeared to be less than clean, the furniture was rather shabby ( throw pillows shedding feathers).

Stayed Aug 10, 2024Great: - Included golf cart made it easy to access sandestin shops/etc. - Location is great, amazing views, beach and pool were perfect - Gas grills worked well and ice vending machine convenient - Washer/dryer worked great Could be better: - Bathrooms need updates - Mattress in the master needs to be replaced - feels like an air mattress - Sharp edge of bed in master by door - ended up covering with a pillow to keep from hitting There were no basic seasonings included

Stayed Jul 18, 2024We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great! Beach front, nice pool. Close to everything. Condo complex in need of repairs. Elevator was having issues. I was stuck in one for 5 minutes. Condo unit in need of a little TLC. Plumbing issues (slow drains in all bathrooms) and kitchen sink.

My only negative might be that the sitting area is rather cramped, not conducive for many to sit and visit. The wrap around balcony though is where we spent most of our time. The views are spectacular.
