The Space:
Floor-to-ceiling windows slide all the way open to create a breezy indoor + outdoor living space to enjoy the amazing ambiance the Bucerias neighborhood has to offer. The view of the street below your private balcony is colorful and full of Mexican charm.

Choose between hanging out at the beach (2 blocks away), having a beverage on your private patio, or relaxing in the lush courtyard with a sparkling community pool that weaves through the property.

Everything you need for a great stay is provided. The studio is furnished with a queen-size bed and two comfortable sitting areas in the living room and patio. Fast wifi, Smart TV, AC, in-room safe deposit box, & blackout curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, filtered water, a coffee maker, and all the utensils you could need.

Smoking is only allowed on your private balcony (not inside the complex) with all the sliding doors closed.

THE BEACH & BUCERIAS

You’ll never have to fight for a great spot on the beach, and it is only a 2-minute walk away! Show up at any time of the day and you’ll have lots of sandy space to choose from. The surf is gentle enough for swimming, and it is the preferred beach for kitesurfing, paddle boarding, and windsurfing. Other great seasonal activities in the bay include releasing baby turtles and whale watching (Dec-Mar).

In town, enjoy a great selection of restaurants ranging from upscale to simple & quaint. Don’t forget to try some of the local dishes such as zarandeado-style fish, ceviches, and aguachile. Stop into the many art galleries, coffee shops, and boutiques - all within walking distance from your place. Thursday evenings are Art Walk Night, a self-guided tour of more than a dozen galleries and art boutiques that serve cocktails and refreshments along Lazaro Cardenas street. The craft market hosts dozens of stalls that sell both traditional Mexican items and souvenirs to take home and remember your vacation by.

THE PROPERTY

This boutique property of only 10 units provides a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere to call your home away from home. A sparkling clean pool winds through the grounds surrounded by lush greenery. We also have a washer + dryer and a gas grill available for use.

It’s also nice to be one block back from the main road that runs parallel to the beach because it is much calmer and there is plenty of street parking. Half a block away is MariPaz, our neighborhood mini-mart that has practically everything you could need. Otherwise, a quick 4-minute walk will get you to an Oxxo or a pharmacy.

Bucerias is a great jumping-off point for exploring everything Vallarta has to offer. By Car / Uber your place is only:

-- 10 minutes to Nuevo Vallarta
-- 25 minutes to Punta Mita
-- 30 minutes to downtown Puerto Vallarta
-- 30 minutes to Sayulita

Guest Access:
As our valued guest, you have access to the entire condo and all the amenities of Maravilla. Explore the tropical courtyard, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or savor a delicious barbecue on the Weber gas grill. Our main entrance smart lock ensures easy guest access. There is also a washer & dryer available. Please note that access to the condo building is restricted to registered guests for enhanced security and privacy.

The Neighborhood:
Bucerias’ 5-mile stretch of soft sandy beaches, cobblestone streets, and Mexican village charm take you back to simpler times. It has become a popular destination in Riviera Nayarit, but it has managed to keep its authenticity. Many say Bucerias is very much like Puerto Vallarta was in the 1950s, where you can experience the joys of a laid back beach town without the tourist-palooza that is Puerto and Nuevo Vallarta. Cooking classes, language lessons, an amazing selection of restaurants, and daily events around town will always keep you having a great time.

To make your exploration even easier, we provide you with a curated guidebook featuring our favorite restaurants, activities, secret spots, favorite beaches, and general attractions. Our recommendations and insider tips will help you make the most of your time in Bucerias.

Staying at our conveniently located condo in Bucerias provides you with easy access to all the attractions and amenities this charming beach town has to offer. Around the block is our local mini-mart, MariPaz, which has everything you'll need. With the central location in the Golden Zone, you'll find that most places of interest are within walking distance from your doorstep. Take a leisurely stroll just 2 blocks to reach the beach, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze.

When it comes to exploring further afield, Bucerias offers various transportation options. Taxis are readily available and can be hailed easily, allowing you to reach destinations beyond walking distance with convenience. If you prefer a more adventurous experience, renting a bicycle or scooter is a fantastic way to navigate the town and discover hidden gems along the way.

Weekly cleaning is included for stays longer than 10 nights, ensuring a fresh and tidy space throughout your visit.
We provide beach gear, including towels and Tommy Bahama beach chairs (no umbrella).
For your peace of mind, there is a safe in the condo.
Street parking is available.

    We had a great stay. It’s close to good restaurants, shopping and the beach. Any questions that came up were answered quickly. The property is cute and looks just like the photos! Everything we needed was provided. We loved sitting on the big balcony!

    The unit is just as described in the listing and the photos are accurate. The unit was clean and contained everything necessary for a pleasant stay. There is a nice, large soaking pool on the ground floor. The unit is on a quiet street, but approx. two blocks to the beach and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shopping. I would definitely return.

    Property was clean, rental management team was very communicative and made things very easy for check in. Place had two beach chairs and a beach umbrella for us to use. Luna Luna across the street was a great breakfast. AC blew cold. I would stay here again.

    We really enjoyed our stay. Weekly room service keeps the place clean and the balcony plants cared for. From the kitchen to the linens, the condo was stocked with most everything you might need. The A/C was cold.Only two knocks. Isolated, you are up the main road from entrance to the beach meaning you can't go anywhere other that the poolside restaurant with out having to walk in the street. The location is very isolated. Be prepared to take the bus or a taxi back into PV for supplies (there is at least one very well stocked grocery store near where the bus makes it's final stop). Note that there is direct beach access for those able to go down stairs, traverse a few boulders and get their feet wet.Dated, it really jumps out in the kitchen that the unit was last fitted out in the 70's.If you're cool with those nits, you'll love the little gym that we had to ourselves every time we went. You'll spend hours watching the lanchas (no one local calls them pangas) come and go. And the buses are great when your not hauling more that one piece of luggage.Speaking of the buses, figure out the buses. It can be very empowering once you get it. Read up before you go and ask for help. There's no real schedule, but there's always another one coming. Just get on one out front and see where it goes. You can't get lost (call for an Uber if you do).Finally, if Mismaloya is on your to-do list, La Joya de Mismaloya is a great place to base your operations. Have fun and get out!

    Property was a little small, but we work with it. He loves Cassie the housekeeper she did a great job. Noise from dump trucks working on the new condo down the road that can’t be helpedAt Beach Please RV did a great job. Looking forward to coming back next year.

    Everything good but for the mattress. My husband was ok but i had to use a pillow under my ankles to sleep or my lower back and hips were very sore. I do not have a back problem.

    This sweet little unit had everything we needed for our 10 days in Bucerias. We were so close to the beach and many wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee on the lovely balcony and experiencing the sights and sounds of this vibrant town. The bed was so comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped and the pool was a cool oasis! Beach chairs and access to the washer and dryer were a bonus! Eric from Beach Please provided lots of info about the area, and checked in to ensure we were comfortable. We will be back!
