Stayed Sep 4, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, and will definitely rent it again. I don't think you could find a better view. The kitchen had everything we needed. The master bed was very comfortable. Seaside reached out via text at various times to make sure we were happy with everything.

Stayed May 29, 2025The condo itself is very nice and spacious for my family of 4. My husband and I loved the master bedroom with oceanfront view. The secondary bedroom is large. Plenty of storage space in both rooms. I like that there are no carpets as of course they would get really sandy and make it harder to clean. We all found the beds comfortable and slept well. It was so relaxing and convenient being right on the beach. Our only complaints are that the plug outlets are loose when you plug something in. There are a few good outlets but they should all be updated for safety reason. Utensils in kitchen were disorganized and no scissors. The pots and pans could be updated. Overall though, we enjoyed the unit and building a lot. We’d stay again in the future and recommend to others!

Stayed Sep 5, 2024Very nice Ocean/beach view condo in Ocean City, MD. Balcony and Master Bedroom overlook ocean/beach. Can't imagine you could get a better ocean/beach view. We were very happy to open the door to the condo and feel the nice cool AC though we opted to raise the temperature and go with the ocean breeze from the balcony most of the time. Only issue was the living room/master bedroom electrical outlets didn't hold the plugs in very well so I suggest to look at that. A small thing but kind of annoying.

Stayed Sep 28, 2023The carpet was disgusting, closet doors in poor shape (particularly in the bunk bed room) and the front door and screen door were less than secure. The elevator lobby of the building also was dirty and needing updating. The view was wonderful. New carpet and a new entry door would go a long way to improve this property. The excessively stained carpet made the remainder of the place feel dirty which is less than pleasant upon arrival.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023Overall, this was an excellent place to stay. The check-in process on Saturday is wild -- the elevators are completely overwhelmed. Other than that, it was clean and beautiful.

Stayed Aug 13, 2023Overall, the experience was a good one. Great view from the rental, wonderful amenities with the shops and bar on the 1st floor, and proximity to the beach. The inside of the place was a little more dated than the pictures show and there were a number a big stains in the carpeted areas of the rental. Renter did provide a start pack of bathroom/kitchen supplies which was very helpful.

Stayed Jul 3, 2023When we arrived there were no garbage bags in the bathrooms, the bunk beds were not made, no dish soap etc. The AC was set at 68 but it was 76 the majority of the time in the unit. When the ac finally worked and caught up at night then it was cold and there was also no extra blankets anywhere. I think the AC unit definitely needs to be serviced bc it was extremely loud the whole time it sounded like it was going to blow. WiFi didn't work at all the first day and then only worked on and off the rest of the time. Half of the outlets in the unit didn't work an the bedrooms had white carpet and they were absolutely disgusting. There was dog pee stains all over in the kids bedroom. There were 4 elevators and one was down the entire time. Sometimes we had to wait over a half an hour to go back up to the room. At one point a 2nd elevator went down because a chair got stuck in it so only 2 were running. On our last day the fire alarm went off and someone announced on the loud speaker the building needed to be evacuated. We had to wake the baby and our 4 year old twins and walk down 19 flights of stairs. We did not feel safe staying so we left that night. I'm not sure how this condo has such good reviews but I would definitely look into other properties and avoid the Golden Sands and this unit at all costs.

Stayed Jun 27, 2023The view from this room was breathtaking! Catch the sunrise each morning glistening off the ocean. We stayed w/ our family of 5 (including our 18th month old daughter) and we had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Beach wasn’t too crowded either. Lastly, the Seaside Vacations Team was easy to reach and checked on us during our stay to ensure our needs were met!
