Stayed Sep 6, 2025This unit needs a deep cleaning including: tile floors, carpets in bedrooms, ceiling fan blades, light switches, main bathroom shower doors, bathtub grout and caulk, general dusting of furniture and deep cleaning of both couches. The painted door of the refrigerator needs to be painted.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025Location, the view, the amenities were all great. The unit is a bit dated but that’s OK. The only issue is on the cleanliness of the unit, there were layers of dust on the furniture, the ceiling fan, the baseboards, the air conditioning vents, etc. I think you need to interview a new cleaning company and maybe have someone come in and do a very thorough deep cleaning because it seems like they are doing the bare minimum. There were several dirty blankets and sheets in the closet closets. The beds were surprisingly comfortable

Stayed Aug 21, 2025We had a lovely stay at Golden Sands, and the rental is exactly what you see/read in the pictures and reviews. The location is great, the views are great, but the rental is in dire need of some updates. But the beds are clean, the property is managed well, and we would stay again in the future should the owner decide to invest in it and make it sparkle. It definitely has the potential. :-)

Stayed Apr 18, 2025The condo doesnt appear to be well maintained or updated. We have stayed at other units in this building and those units are more maintained and up to date.i had to clean the kitchen when we got to the condo because everything was covered in grease. From the pans that were inside the stove the handles on the drawers ans caninets to the knives in the knife block. The floors had some sort of costing on the tiles that when you walked on the tile with shoes on it sounded like you were walking on a glue trap. I always walk barefoot but i couldn’t in this condo. You couldnt use the lights on the ceiling fan in the living room and you couldnt use the fan in the master bedroom without having the lights on. Makes it kind of difficult to sleep. We finally unscrewed the light bulbs so we can use the fan. The area rug in the living room is a huge safety hazard with the large curl in the corner by the love seat. I tripped over it so many times, we even tried moving more of the love seat onto the carpet but that didnt help. The view was great but for the amount of money we paid for this condo it was not worth it.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024Condo 1810 was really nice. The views of the Ocean and the bay were amazing! I specially loved the balcony with a full view of the ocean. The master bedroom was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Didn’t hear anything going from the Main Street area. The kitchen had everything required during our stay.
