Stayed Aug 9, 2025We’ve being coming to Pawleys for 30 years. We’ve stayed at many different condos but this is the best condo! This was our second Summer at this condo and we will continue to stay as long as it’s available when we finalize the dates. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Stayed Jun 20, 2023House was nice but needs little updates lots of cracks and minor things. Outdoor sitting area needs cleaned for the price. Way to much pine needles and leaves all over everything. Dont look like they clean outside but once a year. Inside was good for a family but to many little things like single bathroom door wont close drywall and tile cracked , toilet paper dont even try just bring your own. All appliances are outdated but usable. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet.

Stayed Apr 14, 2023Excellent property nicely set up and great for couples traveling together. I didn’t read the the listing carefully to note that there was no access to the pools on the grounds but we made do and had a great time. Thanks for a nice stay.
