Stayed Mar 7, 2025Sparse and cheaply done. Old blankets, pillows and furniture. The ac and water heater are extremely noisy and makes it hard to sleep.

Stayed Nov 2, 2023I’m sorry to have to give this place a poor rating. The condo was fine and the renters were nice, but while I was there my bike was stolen. The reason I go to Tucson in the winter is to ride my bike on the Loop. Before I rented I specifically asked Jean Paul if there was a safe space to lock up my bike, and he assured me there was. I am a 76 yr old woman, and I cannot carry a bike up the stairs. I carefully locked the bike to a railing with a U-lock and a heavy cable in the space that he suggested. In the morning the cable had been cut and the wheels, forks and handlebars were gone. The condo is in a fairly sketchy area, and although they advertise it as a gated community, the gate was often left wide open. I would not have rented the place if I had known about these issues, and therefore I must give them a poor rating.

Stayed Oct 5, 2023This is our second time renting this unit. The location is very central. Owner prompt in responding to questions. I like that the property is gated...feels very safe. We would definitely stay again!!

Stayed Sep 28, 2023The condo was easy to find, clean and in a safe neighborhood. I like that it was also a secure gated community. The pool was refreshing. Our sleep was comfortable. Within walking distance to a health club and food shopping. Coffee shop and other eateries close by. Thank you for a peaceful stay.

Stayed Mar 16, 2023Property is on 2nd floor which I didn’t consider (husband’s knee surgery) but it worked. The Roku was spotty at times and looped . Also the neighbor apparently smoked and the smell would drift up at times. All in all, it was a nice property to stay for our short stay.

Stayed Mar 2, 2023The property was ok. There was a brief issue with no water - the host was onsite within 30 minutes. We didn’t like the area. Homeless persons at all corners of the intersections. Security in the shopping plaza across the street - didn’t feel safe to walk in the area. This is no fault of the host. Good for visiting to University but in our opinion not a great vacation spot. The pool was advertised as heated but clearly was not - was too cold to use.
