Great place location and really nice place

This place exceeded all of my expectations. It was the best rental I have ever been in. So clean, had EVERYTHING we needed, and top notch decor/ambiance. The furniture was so comfortable and the hot tub and grill were perfect! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Everything was amazing. Super easy check in and check out. Our first time at Fredricksburg for our 1 year anniversary and we were very happy with this place. Very close to main street and the big wineries. I enjoyed how clean and peaceful the cottage was, the hot tub was a plus for us.Will definitely be back here when we come back!

Great place to stay located in town but private

Everything was perfect. I did text when I checked out an ad that there was a business under the front porch, seating area, and a small scorpion in our bed but other than that everything else was amazing. We will definitely stay again.

Our stay was amazing. We were excited about the trip and happy with securing Gin Gins Cottage but it exceeded our expectations. The space was clean, well furnished, cozy, and all that we needed to have a memorable weekend

The condo was perfect! Loved the atmosphere when we walked in the first time. Soft music and fire place going. It was so well stocked in every way and loved the decor. A lot of thought and care went into making sure we enjoyed our stay! Thank you! We will definitely recommend to others and hope to stay again in the future!

Gin Gin's Cottage was everything I hoped it would be. It was warm, cozy and inviting. The fireplaces added that special touch. The beds were cozy. The living room was inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. I would highly recommend staying here. I know I will definitely be back!

My fiancée and me came up for a wine tasting weekend and the place was incredible. This is going to be a future spot for our stays here.

The communication and check in process was super easy and the team responds back within a matter of seconds! The rental was available for us to check in earlier than 4pm which was lovely but we arrived a litter later. Nonetheless we were greeted with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The rental was well equipped and the hot tub was the cherry on top. Minutes away from downtown made it nice for us to just get up and go! Will definitely choose to stay here again for another trip in Fredericksburg!

GinGin's Cottage was perfect in every way. Our place was the cleanest and neatest place I've ever stayed. I loved the attention to details and I loved all of the holiday decorations. After a day of hiking at Enchanted Rock, it was so nice to be able to soak in the private hot tub. I highly recommend this precious place!!

Literally from the moment we walked in it was absolutely breathtaking. Very clean very classy. The fireplace was on and there was beautiful ambience channel playing. We immediately felt welcomed safe comfortable. We did not want to leave and hate so muc We only stayed for two nights. This is by far my best short term rental experience ever. You guys are doing a fantastic job. Please keep doing this.

Everything was clean and the cottage was beautiful! We loved the hot tub and even got access to the unit a few hours early which worked out perfectly!
