Very close to Disney Parks, great property overall

We were here for an AAU Basketball Tourney at ESPN Wide World of Sports Zone. Distane to event was gret. Our condo we stayed at was perfect...clean and super accomodating!

We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect for our daily trips to Universal and Disney as well as convenient stops for groceries. The inside was exactly as described and well stocked. The Welcome Kit was very much appreciated. Everything was very clean and had plenty of space. The pool area was incredible and our son (10) absolutely loved it! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We will absolutely be back some day!

2 grandparents, 2 parents , 16 year old grandson. Parents and grandson spent 2 days at Disney. Good location. .

Spacious bedrooms for all parties that comfortably fit two families of 3. Great amenities available including a little water park. However, our condo was a bit dusty in the cracks and crevices with a bit of an unusual odor that greeted us whenever we reentered and our water also had a bit of a sulfur smell to it. We also did not have access to a broom, but did have our choice of vacuums and were otherwise well equipped with all that we needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out was made to be very easy. Overall, I can say we would stay again.

This is our second stay at Windsor Hills but first time at this condo. Overall our stay was wonderful. It was a nice surprise to see a “starter kit” (dish soap, 2 dishwasher picks, extra garbage, 3 extra rolls of toilet paper, 4 laundry pucks and 1 roll of paper towels) when we first arrived at the condo. The photos are accurate and the overall feel is homie. The condo was VERY CLEAN. The location of the condo is great for accessing the pool. It was a quick little walk. Only issue which was quickly resolved was the checkout time. On VRBO it’s listed as 11am. Our welcome email stated that checkout was for 10am. After sending an email to the host and property manager the 11am checkout time was honoured which was greatly appreciated. If you are a family looking for an affordable place to stay then this is the location and condo for you. If you are seeking something a little more up to date that feels more like a hotel then this place is not for you. Would stay at this condo again! Thanks for hosting us.

The property has many good qualities: -close to the pool area and mini-restaurant -first condo on the 2nd floor with easy access -close to all Disney parks, within 15 minutes -easy drive to reach both Tampa and Cocoa areas In addition, the response to questions about the condo and area were sent in quick order. The property manager was also very responsive to questions we had.

We love Windsor Hills resort and were so happy with our stay. The unit itself was clean, large, and perfect for our family. The items for kids came in handy (double stroller was perfect for Disney days) and the management team made sure check in and our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Would recommend and definitely would stay again!

We have stayed in 4 different Windsor Hills condos over the last 10 Years. They all were great but this time was excellent! The condo was spotless, had everything we needed, and the host started us off with helpful items such as dish soap and laundry pods. My son is very sensitive and he found the space home like, safe, and welcoming. We will definitely book again. Thank you to the host for going above and beyond to care for the space you rent out. The Mickey room was so special. Looking forward to our next trip!
