This place was amazing. Right across the street from old town La Quinta and the Mexican food from the store in front of Embassy was to die for. Super nice host and 1st class property.

It was absolutely perfect for our 5 night stay over the Power Trip music festival at Empire Polo Clib, in Indio. It was just 2 of us, but can certainly accomodate a family. All essentials were provided in kitchen & bath. Bed was super comfy. Quality linens & towels. Stacking washer & dryer saved the day. Easy access to quiet hot tub & pool. Condo and grounds were pristine! Easy access to shuttle service and inexpensive lyft transportation. Got groceries right up the street and utilized the full kitchen. Also ordered in via door dash and snuggled up for a few movies on netflix guest account. Great place to getaway together! Thank you!

Great location, walked to dinner every night. Feels big due to high ceilings. Bed was a little too soft.

I loved staying here and I fully plan to come back. Honestly, the photos don't quite do this place justice. I stayed here for 5 nights during a very hot August to finish writing on a deadline. The condo was comfortable, the AC worked wonderfully, the wifi was fast, and it was very quiet. I loved walking into town and taking a dip in the pool. I got a ton of work done and I had no problems during my stay. There is a Trader Joes nearby and even though I bough groceries, I forgot to bring cinnamon for my oatmeal... the Happyplace had a spice rack. She thought of everything. There are two condos from this owner, one upstairs and one downstairs. I'd originally reserved the upstairs condo but was given the downstairs condo, just be aware, that you might be switched, but they are both identical. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back. It was our 5th annual stay in this complex, we will keep coming back. It’s low key vibe is perfect for us. Walking distance to La Quinta Old Town makes for a perfect getaway.

Love location… communication with owner great. Needs some updates as far as kitchenwares ,carpet, accessories, appliances etc.

We enjoyed the convenience of walking to the great restaurants and shops in Old Town. We took longer walks on the nearby Cove and Bear Creek Trails. Check-in and check-out were simple and straightforward, and Joan responded quickly to messages.

Well located to old town La Quinta. Wonderful pool area. Very easy to check in and prompt communication from owner. Oven wasn't working but owner was quick to get it fixed. It would have been helpful to have had enough TP for our entire stay, instead of having to buy our own.
