The property was exactly as pictured, we loved that the master bedroom has it's own beach view. We had fabulous week. Gulf Dunes location is perfect for walking to many of the Islands dinning options and attractions. I will always recommend Brooks & Shorey Resorts to friends and Family! Five star Stay!

I love that we got information prior to our trip about what to expect. The check in process was quick and as expected. The property was conveniently located and easily accessible. Our unit was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

All 3 electrical outlets around the dining table did not work, regardless of which light switches were on. They just need to be replaced. The balcony furniture was great! The 2 front bedrooms REALLY need black-out curtains! Just wish we'd been told that the bridge workers would be pile-driving at 8am! Go to Fubar for great pizza; AJ's for great karaoke & the Shack for great fish!
