Stayed Mar 9, 2025This property had exactly what we needed for our beach stay. Heated pool was great. Loved having the included beach chairs that limited what we needed to carry to the beach. No complaints at all!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Gulf Dunes before and we would stay again. The booking process through Brooks and Shorey has been easy each time we have stayed. This particular unit was nice, but could use some upgrades on doors/locks. I know it's hard to keep a rental unit's floors clean, but it seemed like it's time for this unit to have a deep clean done. Overall we were happy with our stay and will continue to book through Brooks and Shorey.

Convenient location and larger than expected condo. Very clean condo & friendly rental company with Brooks & Shorey. Large balcony, heated pool, volleyball net on beach. Enjoyed pickle ball, kite flying, swimming, and relaxation! Favorite restaurants were Margaritaville in Destin and The Shack in Fort Walton Beach. Third visit to area and still more to see. We will return!
