Very clean and comfy. Great beach view. Also your chairs and umbrella are provided by a great guy Beach Dan. Very helpful with places to eat and things to do. Accommodating and amazing customer service. We wouldn’t rent from anyone else. This was our 4th stay at Gulf Dunes. Love how close it is to great restaurants. Beach service is the best. This unit could’ve used some updating but it was clean and comfortable!
