Stayed Apr 14, 2023We go to Fort Walton Beach Florida every year, this year we decided to stay at Gulf Dunes, it was a wonderful stay, so wonderful that we stayed an extra day and we will definitely stay there again.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022The view in the units and the closeness of it on the beach. The resort is quite and not a lot of people. This is our 8th year to stay at this resort. All but one year was fabulous. The unit had bugs but all other years we have stayed was perfect. I will return again. One suggestion the only thing missing on these units is a hot tub.

Brooks and Shorey were easy to work with. We have stayed at Gulf Dunes many times, and it is a nice complex. The master bed had a very firm bed, which I am sure some people love. We went and bought a topper to use with it, which helped. But it was still too firm for us, unfortunately. But we did love the condo! Thanks for letting us stay!

Stayed Aug 1, 2025We were very pleased with the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend. We loved being able to see the Gulf from our room. During our stay only one elevator was working so that did cause long waits but that was the only issue we had.

The condo was perfect in every aspect! Only thing I would request and maybe this is just me but cleaning supplies! Even a container of Lysol wipes would’ve been helpful. Other then that odd request the place was awesome!!

The condo was a perfect fit for our family. The pool and beach access was a dream. Loved being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of Fort Walton Beach. The only problem is that we had to leave.

We loved the easy walk to the beach and the inclusion of the beach chairs. We had fun at the pool, tennis courts and volleyball net too. I think this might be one of the only places on the beach with a net! As for the room - also perfect, spacious, clean, organized and with everything you need. Love that it’s right across from mini golf and stewbys, too! Thanks for an awesome vacation! We will be back!
