Beautiful beachfront view, comfortable and quiet accommodations. Property management is friendly, prompt and delivered as advertised. Would recommend staying with a Brooks and Shorey properly and would return to this condo without hesitation.

We had to contact management for a new toaster and they were there within 39 minutes with it. Checkout was super easy. Love it.

Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed in unit 307, we have rented at gulf dunes for four years and have always be so pleased. This unit has stained furniture, a smell to it, dirty paint and had no kitchen towels. We will not be renting this condo again.

One concern we did have was the black markings that were on the ceiling mainly in the kitchen area. We weren't sure what it was, mold, grease or something else. The sliding glass door didn't have a handle on the outside. Really wasn't a big deal for us but a family with kids might have issues. Overall, it was a clean comfortable condo we would stay in again.
