Stayed Jul 5, 2022The furniture was so dirty the armrests were black and gray, all the dishes were dirty, ceiling fan globe went flying off in master when turned on. Stayed in this building 3 prior times and as a repeat customer owner Ron Shorey refused any partial refund and the manager only offered to clean the 30 year old furniture which could not be cleaned, the pictures were taken when it was new, very deceitful do not use Brooks and Horey

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gulf Dunes is the perfect place to stay. We were surrounded by good people, delicious food, and an amazing beach! Everything in the condo was up to date and provided us with all the necessities and more! We loved having our own beach access and the chair/umbrella service was a huge plus! The only thing that would make it better would be a hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jul 11, 2024We were there to celebrate a birthday. We had a few condos in the complex which made it convenient. Property was perfect for me and my teenage boys.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean but out dated condo. Great location. Toilet sounded like the pressure was going to make it explode when flushed. Too much light spilling into master bedroom from elevator light..even with curtains pulled. Had to do a 10 pt turn to get my truck out of deck when deck was full. Overpriced in my opinion.

Reviewer Comments: Everything about it was easy, from booking to the stay checking in and checking out was all wonderful. The condo was very clean upon arrival. We had one light bulb out and brought it to the attention of the front dest and they immediately fixed it with no problems! The walk to be beach was short, the covered parking was wonderful. There were great places to eat near by too!

Easy booking and arrival. Only issue was we left early due to weather. We did mobile checkout, which was easy. However we received an email the day we were originally slated to leave to tell us how to check out, which was concerning.
