Gatlinburg Towers Condo Unit 501 - Great Location! Close to Town!

Could have used a few things in the kitchen( a sheet pan, an ice maker) We had a bear visit that was very cool. The unit doesn't have Washer/Dryer and the coin laundry was over five dollars. The maintenance staff were nice. The indoor pool was a rarity for the area, but was cold. Over all the value, location and the unit were good, we'd rent again

Great location, mildly run down but still nice and a heck of a location to gatlinburg. Perfect 3 bedroom because everyone has their own bathroom.

property overall was nice. just a small issue one of the toilets that kept running or chain jammed. room very spacious really liked, kitchen equipped very well. Did not like that incline parking but its the mountains well expected. I feel for the price of the condo that a few discount tickets to any attraction should have been offered or included.

Room was clean , fireplace didn’t work . Elevator broke down twice , your office was Johnny on the spot . Very impressed . Kitchen needed more utinsels and pans . Pool was a little cool , hot tub was great . Great location . Parking was a little tight . Enjoyed the stay

The rooms were clean. Being the season of Christmas, the place was not festive. There was no garbage bags, missing pots not able to cook entire meal, we didn’t find broom until last day, unit was already broken in the first room, bugs in the area. It was nice if you just eating out but if you have to cook, no. Would I stay there again yes, because the area is great and some places you do not have to ride to you can walk. Room and kitchen was definitely clean.

Nice location, host was responsive. Unit needs updates but we were expecting that from previous posts. No TV service and never could connect to Wi-Fi.

Terrible live bugs in bedroom. Never again

Check in check out process easy. Conditions of the condo need upgrades. Kitchen chair seat cushions dirty, mattress on pull out couch was nasty. Lightbulbs in lamps were out and some electrical outlets did not work. The den area appeared larger in the pictures. There were not enough wash cloths-only 2 for 3 nights.We will not stay at this condo again.

Pictures are very deceiving, the unit is cramped and does not have adequate lighting and some of the lights did not work at all. The other quirks was most the outlets we tried to use you had to hold the plug in or else it would fall out. The rooms didn’t look they had been cleaned in quite some time and we found bugs as well I will not be staying here again.

The propery is old. The condo was not well kept. Walls were dirty,mold in bathroom. The photos look much better than in reality. Elevator floor is very soft.

Rooms were nice liked having bathroom in each room. Parking can be hard late in evening but otherwise stay was great.

Nice place and area

We had a pretty great stay. The place had plenty of space for us to sleep and the communication was very good. We received a courtesy call and reported that the aluminum pans under the burner on the stove were old and rusty and they came and replaced it.
