Our unit is on the 3rd floor and there is NO elevator. Please note if there are mobility issues. Please keep that in mind when booking.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025The Apartment was fantastic, provided everything we needed for our stay. The surrounding neighbors were respectful and the entire unit was peaceful along with a nice escape from the strip on 10 mins away. Would rent there again and suggest it to anybody looking for a great, inexpensive place to stay while visting the Smokies.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025Condo was just what we needed for the week. Everything was clean and location was good, just minutes from Gatlinburg and SMNP. Enjoyed pool and hot tub and made use of laundry facilities.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025This was the first vacation my husband and myself has taken in 20 years. It was Very relaxing. We seen bears 2 days out of 3 . At around 8:30 pm and 7:40 am. Condo was very clean. Driving up the mountain was scary at first but not bad the second time. I would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024Just a few things, but otherwise it was enjoyable for us. If you don’t like mountain roads, probably not the place for you. Other than that. We had a great time.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Many of the guests were feeding a family of bears that stayed in that area. This is a major problem and a danger to all of your guests. I would hate to hear of someone’s child being killed because of this. They were being fed, crossing right at the pool area. A mother and two cubs could turn into someone’s worst nightmare please do something to deter this.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024Great place close to downtown gatlinburg via ski mtn road or if you're going to the park you can hop on the bypass. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner!
