Gatlinburg Chateau 103 is a beautiful 2BR condo and a short walk to downtown

This pretty was great,location was amazing very convenient to walk downtown and not have to worry about parking and great price.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The biggest perk of this rental was the location- about a ten minute walk from the strip. While that was nice, the property itself was not clean. There was a used washcloth in the shower upon our arrival, the bottoms of our socks were black from walking around. It seemed like the floor had never been cleaned ever. The freezer was dirty and had an old bag of ice from a previous guest. There were cobwebs galore. For the price we paid, the place could have at least been clean. Overall, a disappointment and wouldn’t stay again.

The fireplace didn’t come on due to the pilot light being off- I made a call and Kevin sent someone over quickly to relight it. When I needed to go back inside after licking the door the final time, Kevin unlocked the door remotely! This is a great unit and super nice people to work with. We will absolutely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: The inside of the place was absolutely beautiful, extremely well kept, comfortable and spacious... there is a swimming pool while on the smaller side still nice as well as a hot tub out back that was very nice... the individual decks out back are a wonderful little place to have a cup of coffee and watch the sun go down... nice and private... employees and managers are polite and friendly, nice and helpful... it was a great little stay and I look forward to going back

Our 2 bedroom condo was nice and clean. Very nicely decorated had everything in it we needed. It was very convenient (within walking distance) to downtown so it was nice not to have to pay for parking downtown
