When we first walked into our unit, I was almost in tears on the breathtaking views from the ginormous windows! The beds were so comfy, everything was top notch! We are so happy to be back to our home away from home!!!

The stunning mountain and Gatlinburg city views left us speechless, with misty peaks by day and twinkling city lights at night. Watching bears roam the property was a thrill—we saw more here than in the Smoky Mountains National Park! The brand-new cabin blended modern luxury with rustic charm, featuring gleaming hardwood, a stone fireplace, and cozy decor. Spacious and well-designed, it had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, plush beds, and a soaking tub perfect for evening relaxation. The deck was ideal for enjoying the scenery. With high-speed Wi-Fi, and ample supplies, no detail was overlooked. Check-in was seamless, and the location balances proximity to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge with serene seclusion. Ideal for families or getaways, this place is a gem. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

Perfect location (close to the main strip in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge). The view from our room was breathtaking! Wonderful week spent here! The highlight was seeing two young bears wrestling with each other right under our balcony. ❤️ Can’t wait to go back!

The Hot tub is large and the swimming pool is great! Both face the mountain view. There are two fire pits that look over the city and at night the view is spectacular! We were lucky enough to have 2 bear sightings while we were there (from a safe distance). I highly recommend a stay at the Highlands!!!!!

This was a beautiful condo in a great location. It was very clean and had wonderful views over the city. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the construction noise that started at 7am (even on the weekend/holiday). There are other structures being built very close by. Our family really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again so long as the new buildings going up don’t obstruct the views.

The entire experience, from the grounds, to the room, to the views, spectacular. Literally everything about our stay was what we needed, what we wanted or even went past what we expected. You overlook Gatlinburg and the Smokies, your within a 10 minute drive to the park entrance and downtown, and you have everything you need in the condo to create a comfortable, memorable trip!

I think it is the best view in all of the Smokies!!! Wes, the manager, was so helpful answering all our questions and showing us another unit we want to rent in the future. The beds were very comfortable and the dual shower heads in the master bathroom were an added bonus! We took advantage of the free tickets and enjoyed Dollywood, ziplining, rafting on the Pigeon Forge River and more. We enjoyed (from a distance) watching the black bear who seemed to hang out around the condo. The only issues we had were a couple wastebaskets not emptied when we arrived and a text I sent to management about an issue with a ceiling fan that was never responded to. My husband, granddaughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo and would highly recommend it.
