The Space:

Gateway Villas is a well-loved gated beachfront condominium located just north of the Times Square area of Fort Myers Beach. With this great location you get a picturesque white sand beach right outside your door as well as shops, restaurants and the pier just a short walk away!



This unit, #795 is a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom featuring a king size bed and lovely walk-in shower. The kitchen comes with all standard appliances including a coffee pot. The couch folds out into a full sized sleeper sofa, allowing a max occupancy of 4. You also have your own private screened-in porch off the living room that directly faces the Gulf of Mexico.

Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This unit has a keyless entry so a code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. However, this unit requires a gate pass that you will need to pick up from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first before going to the unit.



This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter).

    This was our 3rd rental at Gateway Villas, 3 different condos. We enjoyed our week at #795 and appreciated the owners use of beach chairs and the umbrella left by previous renters. The abundance of bath towels, fully stocked kitchen and having beach towels was all great as was the in unit washer/dryer. We come back for the spectacular gulf view from the lanais and beautiful beach, pool and well maintained grounds. Large bedroom but mattress was too hard for us and too much light coming in through hallway light, could use drapes over bedroom blinds. A few updates to the kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee pot, stove) would be appreciated but overall an excellent week! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us, we treated it like we would our own home.

    Clean and comfy. The eye sore is the range, toaster and coffee maker. The range worked, but gosh it’s the first thing you notice in the kitchen-needs replaced!!! Seating nice and comfy and nice table. Bed a bit hard but nice sized room and washer and dryer were great in unit!! The bedroom window needs blackout curtains for night due to lights in exterior halls. Other than those few items, unit was very nice! Location is perfect. Elevator on one side was not working for half our trip.

    We had a great week in this condo! It is so easy to get on the beach and it's an easy walk to Times Square or Bowditch Park (about 15 min. each). The kitchen was well equipped (even a coffee bean grinder), the bed was comfortable, the view was outstanding. Lots of towels provided. Plenty of seating on the screened in patio. Nice beach chairs (2 regular and 1 oversized) but no umbrella. It was so convenient having a washer/dryer right in the unit! Some of the decor could be updated, but very comfortable stay. We didn't use the pool - it looked nice but was in total shade for most of the morning, then total sun later with no umbrellas.

    The location of the Gateway building and view of the beach was absolutely beautiful. The building, pool and grounds are very well maintained and the people we met were so nice. This actual unit is quite dated and did not meet our expectations. We would stay at Gateway again but in a different unit.

    We really enjoyed our stay. The owners made sure that we had everything we needed and a very clean condo with comfortable furniture. The gated property was well maintained and other visitors we met there were very friendly! We had a great relaxing time!
