Stayed Aug 8, 2025My family and I enjoyed the stay; however, there were a few issues. The curtain over the balcony door was missing, and sunlight woke my kids asleep on the sofa.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and well taken care of. It was stocked with basic necessities that a lot of VRBOs don't have. It's in a great location, gated community, and very quiet complex. The kids loved the pool. The property owner was great to work with and very accommodating. Check in / check out process was very easy. I highly recommend this condo if you're looking for a great place to stay in Las Cruces or surrounding area!!

Stayed May 28, 2024This was the perfect location for a tip with my daughter and granddaughters (a teen and an infant). Having the pool was great for all. We were able to visit family and have a nice comfortable place to come home to and relax.
