Stayed Aug 5, 2022I loved how safe the area was, the ability to walk downstairs for food and drinks, the balcony, the washer and dryer, everything was incredible. I didn't like how the big glass doors opened/closed. I wasn't sure if they were actually ever secured/locked before leaving. I was worried about getting charged.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024We enjoyed our stay. I did misunderstand that it was a condo not a single unit. Very nice clean unit. Wonderful balcony view. Both TVs need updating/replacing. But not too much of a problem. Nice looks to be new golf cart.

Stayed Sep 5, 20243 huge cockroaches all in a matter of minutes from each other. Neither sets of french doors to the balcony would lock. Toaster still has not been replaced as noted in previous reviews from others. I was asked if I would like someone to come in to work on doors and to spray for insects. We said yes but no one ever showed up. Nothing is user friendly. Golf cart was difficult to find as we were told it was inside of a fenced area in the middle of parking garage. It was not. It would be helpful if a welcome packet was left in the unit with a map.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 4 nights here. The place was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and location is fantastic. One side of the toaster has some coils that are broken. When that side was used, the coils burned the toast black and began to smoke. The lever is also broken, which somehow would shock you occasionally. So, toaster needs replaced, but such an easy fix. Overall, this is a great unit! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Was surprised how great of a stay it turned out to be. The golf cart was unbelievable. The room and location was perfect. Still given free beach access even though located on the lake side. Plan to do it again next year!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Room was fine. The bathtub was way too high to step into. especially for older people. Not sure of the security. Anyone can come in through the garage, and walk right into the building. This gives anyone access, plus they would have access to the elevators and could go most anywhere. There should be a code for the elevator or some kind of code access.
