Nicely decorated ground floor condominium across from Kamaole Beach Park III. This 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit has not one but two garden view lanais. A private lanai off of the bedroom perfect for reading or meditation and another one off of the living room with a table set perfect for dining.
Two pools, one with a waterfall, two jacuzzis and tennis courts adorn this beautifully landscaped property. Kamaole Beach III is across the street. Close to dining, shopping and World Renown Golf Courses.

Perfect central location to enjoy all that the island has to offer. Staying in Kihei you can walk to Kamaole Beaches, cafes and shops or enjoy a scenic drive to other parts of the island.

Renting a car is ideal but there is bus service that runs down S. Kihei Rd daily as well as Uber/Lyft or taxi/shuttle services.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT –

1. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT - Check-in time is 4 p.m. Hawaii time & Check-out time is 11 a.m. Hawaii time. Late check-out will result in an additional charge unless arrangements are made IN WRITING.

2. NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

3. NO PETS - Pets are not permitted

4. Hawaii State Taxes: the tax rate is always subject to change, by the State of Hawaii. We are mandated to collect these taxes and pay them. Therefore, if the tax rate changes prior to your dates of stay, we will need to collect any additional taxes due prior to your arrival.

5. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation of a reservation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date may forfeit the full advance payment. Refund eligibility and processing times may vary depending on the platform through which your reservation was made (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, or direct booking). that result in shortened stay or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We recommend trip insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or changes. If you are due a refund, a 9% fee will be charged due to credit card charges. A refund will be issued within 72 days (M-F). We have no control over the amount of time the credit card takes to issue the check.

6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests for the agreed upon rate in this unit is three (3).

7. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time clean linen/towel setup. Maid service is available at an additional cost. If you are interested, please let us know in advance. However, laundry/dish soap and enough paper products to last a few days are provided. Guests must purchase additional paper products as needed but need not re-stock at check-out.

8. RATE CHANGES - Rates are subject to change without notice but will not be changed on any reservation already confirmed.

9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretenses of any kind will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. If discovery of false pretenses are discovered after check-in, party will be evicted without a refund of any monies.

11. RULES - In addition to the conditions of this Rental Agreement, guests are required to obey any rules put forth by the resort. Pay particular attention to the rules posted in the Pool area regarding food and glass.

12. PERSONAL BELONGINGS - Tenants shall be responsible for their personal belongings and agree to hold the Owners harmless for any loss due to theft, or damages to or by them while occupying the unit.

13. INSECT CLAUSE: Hawaii has one of the most enjoyable ecosystems on earth, and insects are a part of that system. We try to control this natural occurrence by regularly spraying for insects. The most common pests that may find their way into the property include ants, small beetles, gnats, mosquitos, geckos, and even cockroaches. Naturally, it is a good idea to keep the doors closed while enjoying our island, but that will not necessarily eliminate all occurrences of insects. We do not offer refunds or adjustments for pest control issues. If you notice a problem, please call Holly so we can handle it.

By booking with us, each adult guest acknowledges that they have read, understand, and will abide by the terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement.

    The property was just as listed. It was clean upon our arrival and had everything we needed in order to live for the 2 weeks that we were there.I required some assistance and was responded to very quickly and issues were resolved expeditiously. Communication was easy.The unit has 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 mini cooler for about 6-8 drink cans, 1 bag for lunches and snacks for the beach. There were NO ICE PACKS in the freezer so I froze water bottles and used them daily to keep both nice and cold/cool.There is a digital safe, BUT, it is not functioning. The owners have approved a replacement unit to be installed (no timing provided).The grounds are very well kept and beautiful. We enjoyed the upper pool and hot tub daily. It is surrounded by lush vegetation so you can find shade in different areas throughout the day. The pool water circulates through a waterfall which is very nice. The pool is a shallow pool ranging form 3-4 feet. If you want a deep end pool then you can go to the lower pool which also has a hot tub, but will have less shade.All visitors should consider snorkeling at the Molokini crater. We were surrounded by multiple species of fish, saw a lobster, octopus, moray eel, eagle rays and some saw a shark in the depths. Purchase from Boss Frogs in the village of Kihei. For better pricing we chose the team of Seafire Snorkel Adventure and recommend them fully! Haleakala sunrise is also a must!!!

    Overall our stay was great. Place was nice and well kept. The first morning there was a cockroach in the room - no food was left out so not sure how it got in there. The neighbors upstairs during our stay were pretty noisy after/before quiet hours. Other than that it was great.

    Overall property was very well maintained, beautiful grounds and pool area. Very Nice condo for 2 people, visitors in the morning were very friendly (Chickens). Only negative comment would be the rules around the pool areas. Everything was NO, games,, noise, music, playing in pool games (Marco Polo) , etc..... not family friendly...

    An amazing condo and grounds. A bit of a walk up and down the hill to the beach. We also had some serious stompers in the upstairs condo! Other than that, the condo is spacious, clean and we love the ground floor. Pools are nice and plenty of grills for bbqing. Great weather and lots of beach walks! Mahalo Maui, see you next year! ???

    This was a nice place. Clean for the most part. But a few things needed replacing. Shower head in master bath was pretty much black from hard water stains. Bedroom box spring was dirty, and pull out sofa bed was a little dusty. But for the most part, everything else was clean! Great place, great location.

    Shell of a property. No bedding for sofa bed. No extras. Disconnect between property owner and property management. Check-in was difficult for no reason. Owner wouldn't respond with check in code for door. Difficult communicating with different medias (VRBO, email, property management, owner). Pool closed at 8pm quiet at 6pm. Property was clean and great location.
