    This is a very well managed property which is located at a great location in the Garden District. I really enjoyed the amenities at the accommodation especially the well-stocked kitchen with a lot of different utensils and appliances. The book and CD collection were certainly a plus for a week-long stay. The property manager was responsive and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the convenience of the Charles St. streetcar. Will highly recommend this property.

    This was a perfect place for my husband and I. It had everything we needed and the host was exceptional. We were in NOLA for a wedding and the location was literally a block from the venue. Even when the wifi was being glitchy the host, Brandon, was vert helpful. Thanks again Brandon!

    The condo was clean and comfortable. The well appointed kitchen was great. The location made it easy for us to visit the parts of New Orleans that we wanted to see. The owner was very pleasant and very easy to work with. It was my husband‘s first experience with a VRBO, and he was delighted.

    Block from the trolley. Market nearby. Restaurants within walking distance. Good size and amenities for the two of us. Great info for touring NOLA in the unit. Would definitely recommend it for a two person stay. Not a fan of the tall table and chairs, but great otherwise.

    This tiny but brilliant apartment is in a nice quiet neighborhood less than one block from St. Charles Avenue and its historic street cars. It's the perfect location for site seeing around New Orleans. Would stay here again on a return trip.

    The apartment was great, very clean and unique. The property is secure and we were in walking distance to basically everything we wanted! The streetcar was just a block away, magazine street was is walking distance, they left us lots of recommendations for restaurants and entertainment, it was great! The bed was very comfortable unfortunately my friend found the couch to be less comfortable for sleeping on but it was only for a few nights. I would 100% stay there again next time I'm in NOLA!

    Cute, clean and convenient condo! Property owner was very accommodating. After a long morning of traveling, we walked into a fresh pot of coffee. That made us feel very welcomed. This cute one bedroom flat had everything from entertainment to toiletries. We would definitely recommend a stay.

    We really enjoyed our stay in the Garden District! It really is the perfect location (in my opinion) if you’re looking to visit New Orleans. Just a short maybe 5 minute drive to Magazine Street, and a maybe 1 minute walk to the St. Charles streetcar stop made it exactly what we wanted. Brandon was extremely accommodating and always had a suggestion ready if you needed any. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only negative was the bed and pillows. They could stand to be replaced and would’ve made the property a 5/5 or 10/10. Definitely would still recommend to anyone! Great location, great hosts and clean!

    This place was just what the site shows it as!! So cute and it a great location , easy to get around without a car but also had a parking spot for a car if you had one. Brandon was a great host , always got back to me right away if I had questions or anything. It was a great stay for me and my husband’s anniversary trip. We would definitely stay here again !!

    This space was just as listed — a cute apartment style unit with a full kitchen and living room, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with some basics (oils, coffee, salt, etc.), plus some extras other users had left behind. The space was clean and comfortable, and located in the beautiful Garden District. Walking distance to so many great sights and restaurants, and truly steps from the streetcar that took us straight downtown. Brandon was very attentive and responsive throughout the stay. Would highly recommend this stay!!

    I would stay there again over and over. The apartment was fully equipped. The bed was so comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was a must after walking around all day because the city is very walkable. Brandon was a wonderful host He went above and beyond. You will enjoy your visit staying here.

    The apartment is as advertised - neat, clean, seemed well appointed though we were only there to sleep. The location was central to what we were in town for and was super close to the street car. The deeded parking spot was convenient. Check in was super easy and we had no issues. The apartment building felt secure but the neighborhood was a little less so (could have been due to the need for grated windows and a somewhat messy courtyard - no trash just overgrowth, dead plants.. the courtyard is a nice feature and maybe was less maintained bc of the time of year and accompanying awful heat and humidity). Overall a positive experience.

    The apartment was perfect for the two of us - everything we needed was there. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet; a reasonable drive from wherever we wanted to go. We also enjoyed taking the streetcar around. The host left helpful information about places to eat and visit. Having a designated parking place was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

    The apartment is exceptional. Great location and only a block away from the trolley stop. Quiet neighborhood and can easily visit the various parts of NOLA. Very clean and well stocked. Brandon is great with communication and even has a website you can use to find places to eat, drink, etc. Would definitely stay here again.
