Very nice and clean property with all the necessary amenities

The unit is very nice. Looks recently updated. Quiet location on the golf course. The unit was well stocked with everything imaginable and then some.Check in instructions were easy to follow.

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Just the right size for my husband and me. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Really appreciated the washer and dryer. Very quiet. Golfing and outdoor pool were available

Maria was an excellent host! Extremely responsive, with a fully stocked property, extremely clean and great views from the patio! We appreciated use of the laundry facilities right next to the carport & the bbq grill. Great place, we would definitely stay here again!

We really liked this home, which shares a living-room wall with a neighboring unit. It is in a lovely gated community, had everything we needed, was very clean, and had a really comfortable bed. Communication was easy and clear. The only issues we had were a really awkward parking situation and golf-course groundskeeping noise starting between 7 and 8 on Wednesday morning. We were already awake, so the noise wasn't a big deal for us but might be for other travelers. The driveway, on the other hand, was a real issue. In theory, the unit includes 2 parking spots, but with the neighbor parked in their driveway, it was very challenging to even get into the outer spot without hitting the carport post or falling into the adjacent planter. (Luckily, there were two of us, so one would get out of the car and direct the driver so as to avoid the neighbor's car, the post, and the planter.) I'm pretty certain that it would be impossible to get into the carport space in anything but a tiny car. We had a Honda CR-V, so if you have a smaller, more maneuverable car it might be easier. There is no street parking allowed, so do consider your parking needs. Everything else was great--fresh, comfortable, bright and clean.

Loved this place. Incredible updated kitchen with everything we needed. Lovely glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Comfortable king bed. Great outdoor patio. Thoroughly enjoyed community pool & hot tub. Clubhouse serves delicious food & drinks. Hope to stay again.

We don’t play golf so didn’t use that amenity. Good location for touring around the area

I rented this townhouse for one month for just myself .It was a safe , convenient location. The pool was a 5 minute walk. The townhouse was updated , clean and was nicely furnished . I was familiar with this gated community and that was one of the main reasons I chose it.The owner/ manager was easy to work with and available for any questions I had. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

This is the second time I've stayed at the PS Resort CC. Love the beautiful property and grounds. Great golf course, pickleball and clubhouse staff. This condo has everything you need - shampoo, sunscreen, pool towels, complete coffee bar with supplies, and cookware. So nice to have a laundry room with detergent and softener. Very nice furnishings and patio. You can sit on the patio and have a lovely view of the golf course and mountains. We can't wait to come back again!

We loved this roomy one bedroom. It was perfect for a getaway. Well-stocked, good communication, and very clean. The only thing I would recommend is to update the mattress and provide additional wash cloths. Other than that we loved it and would definitely stay again. Nice view right on the golf course.
