Fun in the sun at this Cherry Grove Condo! Vacant weeks are discounted!

You can't beat the location, its right on the beach close to the pier and inlet. The building was having work done and the deck ofd the pool and walkway was closed off. You had to use the sand walkway to the right or left of the building, which was fine for us but might be more difficult for older people. The condo was accomodating for us inside, but could use some decor to spruce it up. Overall, great stay.

Condo was very clean. Everyone loved the location.

The mattresses need to be replaced. There are a few holes in the walls inside that need repaired. The outside needs to be updated and painted.

This unit was fantastic. We had a mishap during check-in, but it was quickly corrected on Monday morning. We will be making it our go-to for future stays. The only negative is the beach access from the building. There is a wonderful walkway leading to the beach, but the drop-off past the last dune is treacherous. Fortunately, on the north side of the parking lot, there is a public access point that allows for a safer way onto the sand. This has nothing to do with the unit itself; I only mention it to inform future vacationers if they will be traveling with individuals who may have mobility issues.

This is an older building, but well maintained. The unit was clean and the furnishings seemed fairly new. We appeared to be the only ones on the 4th floor, so I can't say how busy the one elevator may be during peak time or the indoor pool. We used the pool 4 days and were the only ones there! As stated in the full description, there are NO extras here, so be certain you bring everything you need. The only clock in the unit is the microwave We would stay again.

Our stay at Carolina Dunes was great. No complaints or issues, We will be staying at the Dunes next year.

I give 3stars for cleanliness because floor needed mopped better also there was no starter paper supplies as stated. Beds were comfortable and surrounding area is very quiet. Really enjoyed the pool that was clean and never crowded. Although the room had a keypad, I didn’t really like keeping up with a key to access the building any time you go to the parking lot or the beach.

Wonderful location. Unit was clean and well laid out. Beach access was easy and really nice. We really loved our stay.
