Stayed May 21, 2025Condo was GREAT!!!! Love that the Phoenix VIII is less dense in population than most! Condo was very well appointed with everything we needed and more! Pool was great, beach wasn't crowded and all of the staff at the property were so friendly and nice! Paul personally contacted me by phone before our trip which was great! Highly recommend this property!

The balcony was spacious and on the rainy day, was a perfect place to sit and relax and listen to the waves. The pools were very nice and had nice lounge chairs. Would definitely recommend to others!
