Fun Beach Vacation Spot in the Ideal Location

This is a great location for my wife and I to stay during our twice a year 9 day visit for shag dancing. The condo is far away from Ocean drive so you don't get a lot of Street noise at night. We have stayed there 6 or 7 times and have reservations for two more vacations. Seldom need to contact the host but when we do he's always very responsive.

The property overall.. is fine. It has enough space for us to sleep and hangout after the beach. The location is good and close to the beach and restaurants. The host had good communication and worked to solve all of our issues. We had an issue with missing parking passes which they worked fast to fix. Check in was easy. The dishwasher isn’t mounted into place and doesn’t work well. things needed washed multiple times or by hand. they had a good amount of supplies but didn’t provide more then 3 trash bags for a week stay for 6 people.. Wifi was good. The issue we had was the quality of the unit. things are falling apart inside and just overall feels muggy inside. the screened in porch area was nice! Overall if they put some work into the unit it would be great!

Condo was good, convenient to the beach and shops. The screen porch is great for keeping all the chairs. It was clean, a little tight with 6 adults, but location makes up for it. . Bath towels could use a refresher but do the job.

The condo was great; it was clean and all appliances worked well; there were plenty of dishes and pots and pans; the screened in porch got a lot of use; we enjoyed both pools; we appreciated the proximity to the beach; and we enjoyed being in walking distance to the Main Street of the town.

The owner keeps this place is great shape. I often have to work on vacation so a good internet service is important. And he has a good one. Everything works. I always let him know when I arrive and leave and he answers quickly. I have never met the owner, but I like him.

Everything was good the location was great but the property is in need of some attention that I went over with the agent.Overall a good place in need of some updates.

Second time staying here. Will book again

This is the perfect rental for us. Always clean, well-stocked kitchen and great internet. I work while on vacation so keep one room for a field office and internet is critical. My wife and I share the other bedroom with a friend. The owner is easy to contact and very responsive on the few times something needed attention.

Everything was perfect will definitely stay here again.

We all had so much fun. Perfect location for us. The place was very nice. Home away from home. Although I didn't need assistance during the stay the host Tommy always responded promptly when I had questions prior. Thank you

This was a beautiful condo in an ideal location. Close to my favorite stores and some awesome local eats. The pool attendants were super sweet too. Pool noodles and having the laundry room at the entrance was perfect and reduced surf/sand making it's way in. Will definitely be booking again.

Tommy was a great host and very responsive. This is an older condo with a few quirks like two front door knobs that have to be turned simultaneously, but we had a good stay. I thought from pictures that this unit was on the beach, but it is a quick walk across Ocean Blvd. It backs up to pickle ball/tennis courts, and there is a pool in the community for lots of fun if you need a break from the beach.
