This completely and tastefully renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom ski-in / ski-out condo at St. Anton that borders the Canyon Lodge parking lot. Avoid the hassles of finding parking, enjoy extra sleep and a short 2 minute walk to the closest chairlift at Canyon Lodge which includes the brand new 6-pack high-speed chair lift. Ski back for a warm lunch and walk right back to the slopes for more turns after lunch. Be the first one back to relax after a day on the mountain. On snowy days, avoid clearing the snow off your car and scrapping the ice off your windows with an assigned underground parking spot (6'8” clearance height) and dedicated ski locker on the same level. The unit's front door is in an indoor hallway accessed from the covered parking garage. One minute walk to the free shuttle stop.

This unit is fully-furnished with the highest quality finishes. Enjoy cooking at home with a fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and amenities, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The dining table is made of reclaimed hackberry wood with seating for 6, and additional seating for 3 at the kitchen breakfast bar. Complimentary WiFi and cable TV included.

The living room is furnished with comfortable queen sofa pull out sleeper with chairs on each side, a twin pull out sleeper chair, a timer controlled gas fireplace, 58 Flat Screen TCL Smart TV with Bluray Player, board games and wall to wall glass windows with sliding glass door in the center that walks out to the private balcony facing the courtyard with a beautiful view of the pool, spas, BBQ, lawn, mountain and tree-lined forest.

The Master bedroom features a King bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes, as well as a 58 Flat Screen TCL Smart TV with streaming features and a full bath with shower shared with the living room.

Indoor amenities include a rec room for entertainment with sofas, pool table, card/game/dining table, tv, fireplace, dry sauna, coin operated laundry room, full restrooms with showers, kitchen area with sink, microwave and refrigerator. Outdoor amenities include picnic tables, lounge chairs, grass area for lawn games, 2 BBQ's (Seasonal- Sumer Only ), a heated swimming pool (Seasonal-Summer Only) and 2 oversized hot tub spas (Year Round) .

Walk across the street to Austria Hof Restaurant for a drink and dinner during winter and summer seasons. Alternatively, drive 2 minutes to the Village or take the Village gondola or shuttle there for shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Parking : 2 paper parking passes are located on the kitchen counter. There is only one car allowed in the underground parking, in assigned space #17 in parking garage A. Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the single letttred parking spaces in parking garages A, B and C.

    Location excellent. Room excellent. Garage is only 6'8 clearance, just be warned. The hard 10 AM checkout is too early.

    Place was so cute! Has everything you need. BedWas super comfortable as well. The underground parking was so helpful especially since it snowed all night! Super close to canyon lodge. Unfortunately for me it wasn’t open yet but I plan to stay we this place again if I can when it opens

    Great location, right next to canyon lodge. Bed is ok, seemed pretty clean but found popcorn under the coffee table and stray candies behind a table. Normally people might not see this stuff while cleaning. Great shower. Well stocked kitchen. Easy be comfortable when not skiing.

    The lifts at Canyon are super close. The village is a drive or shuttle or Gondola, but easy for sure. Just check with the facility about outside parking, it was not first come first serve.

    Great condo with great location (not literally ski in /ski out, but just a 3-4 minute walk to the lift). Communication with owner was great. Only downside was that heating was quite noisy.

    The unit itself was clean, well stocked and decorated very nicely. We booked this listing because it was dog friendly. However, the part that was hard was the property “St.Anton” is not dog friendly. Dogs could not use the restroom on premise. We had to walk her up to the chair lift area. That was the closes place with some flatter ground besides across the street by the other hotel there was a dirt patch. Dogs also were not allowed in the gated area where the pool, bbq and tables were located. Of course I agree they should be on leash at all times. But, even with a leash it was a no. So, that being said we were unable to truly enjoy that. The balcony was nice and small but we didn’t sit in the chairs they were weather rotted. Didn’t want to risk sitting in them. The hallway was very dated and the smell was terrible on the level with the washer/dryer and entrance to the parking garage. Across the street is a nice little German bar/restaurant. They were friendly and food was good. I think this unit would be great for people without pets. * I did reach out to the property managment company on day one to ask them about the pet policy and they stated they were unaware and it possibly was a new policy for that property. They were very nice and prompt with the replies.
