Stayed May 8, 2020This was a perfect location with a very short walk to the beach. Quiet area down a residential side street on the gulf side, shaded lanai, roomy, and we enjoyed staying at this end of the island (near the south bridge). We normally stay in the village area but I liked the Point of Rocks area better - less hectic. The condo was clean and everything in perfect working condition. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. were a plus!!

Stayed Jan 31, 2026We had a great stay at Holiday House. The condo was clean and spacious with easy access to the beach. Even when we had a minor issue with a smoke detector, the management company was very prompt in correcting the problem. I would highly recommend.

Stayed Mar 11, 2023Wonderful property for a beach vacation. Quiet for downtime with your family. Very close to the action. Can’t say enough about the location. Accommodations were comfortable and the porch was perfect for cocktails and chill time. Highly recommend.

Would consider staying again as the pros outweigh the cons.
