Fully Renovated Beachfront Penthouse with Breathtaking Ocean Views

This condo is just steps from the pier, with a beautiful view of the ocean and a secluded pool. Spacious condo that was very clean, providing beach chairs and boards and plenty of towels. We arrived early and the owner graciously let us check into the condo early. We would recommend this property and would consider staying here again if we come back to Cocoa Beach. We just happened to stay during the surf competition, which was also fun and close, but not directly behind the condo. We had a great stay in this prime location.

Great view and location. Very nice pool and right on the beach. Management is friendly and very helpful.

We liked the view and the location.The building was kept up. The room its self needed to be cleaned the floors were dirty and the air condition was a little left to be desired. It cooled in the bedrooms ok but not the Livingroom. They do not have a vent for air in the Livingroom so they need a fan in the dining room and the Livingroom to pull the air. So we couldn't sit in there.

The property is in a super location right on the beach and close to the Pier. The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owners provided coffee filters, dish and laundry soap and trash bags which was very convenient to have available upon arrival. We look forward to future stays at The Chateau!

Both the room and property were wonderful. Also the location was great for us to do all the things on our list.

Beautiful condo on the fifth floor. Beautiful sunrises and right next to the Pier. Teenagers were able to have their independence and walked everywhere. We explored NASA Kennedy Space Center and Universal Parks.

Loved the condo. Clean and convenient. My kids loved having a tv in their room. Only complaint would be that the condo blocked the sun after 3pm at the pool. Loved the view of the beach.

We enjoyed the view from our condo, the roof top, the pool...as well as easy beach access. We could walk to the grocery store and get a beverage at the Pier. We'll be back!

Loved everything about Chateau by the Sea! Perfect location. Beautiful view. Close to good restaurants, grocery, shopping. Walk to Cocoa Beach Pier. The entire facility was clean and well kept. If you get tired of the beach (I can’t imagine), the pool was great! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning!

Good vaca everything was good

We enjoyed setting on the balcony and rooftop deck and just listening to the waves. The pier is really close so we walked there on the beach numerous times. The only issues we had was what sounded like the rooftop furniture being moved around by other guest a few nights, and a couple nights where the guest in pool got really noisy, but once quiet time came around it got better.

We love staying at Chateau By The Sea!! We have stayed there twice now and will continue to stay when we make it back to cocoa Beach. It is a very clean place, Love the amenities, Love the location, it is very convenient to walk to all of our favorite bars and restaurants! Easy check in and check out, the property manager checks in with you to make sure you don't need anything. Love the place, will not stay any where else when visiting Cocoa Beach!!
