Stayed Sep 26, 2023We had a great stay! Condo was nicely done and spacious- anf a great balcony with amazing views. Fridge needs to be repaired/replaced and light bulbs need to be replaced in a couple of key areas (as reported on day 1). They werent repaired during our stay; but we still rate the experience a 5 out of 5. Thanks so much! Hope to be back soon!

Stayed Jun 10, 2023Our stay started off a little rocky with check-in being late due to miscommunication between maintenance and cleaning crew. The cleaning crew could have done a better job on the floors, but everything else was top notch! Once we were able to get in the condo, the a/c was froze up, but Justin responded quickly and had someone out asap. Once the problem with the a/c was straightened out, the stay was amazing. The condo itself was freshly updated and super comfy. One of my biggest fears is the comfort of the beds; however, that was definitely not a problem. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have slept in. My family spent time on the balcony watching the waves crash on shore and watching the storms roll in. The view from the balcony was amazing. Our family has been going on vacation in Fort Walton and Destin for the past 4 years. This year we decided to move a little further to PCB, and this was our BEST family vacation yet! We look forward to staying at Eleventh Heaven again!

Stayed May 27, 2023This property is top notch, we did not have a single complaint. The unit is clean and well maintained, with a well stocked kitchen and up to date decor and appliances, This is, by far, the best unit we've stayed in at Edgewater and we've been going there for about 20 years. The owner was fantastic - he was quick to respond to questions and was always courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay in this unit again!
