The place was great and very conveniently located close to where our daughter lives. The host provided really clear instructions and was super responsive to questions we had along the way. And the house was beautiful and well appointed.

Great stay at this house for a second year in a row. It’s centrally located to the Hip strip and you can walk to the local ice cream shop and to some restaurants. Walking distance to the river trail as well. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is adequately stocked with basic pots and pans. Host very responsive .

The condo was great. It was exactly a as described, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was also very nice and helpful.

My husband and two friends stayed here for the marathon (we expected two more but they had to bow out unexpectedly). The house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood and near the downtown and college. It was very easily walkable. Plenty of street parking and a parking spot in the back. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. We are hoping to come back to this charming house next year. We were able to cook at home which was great and plenty of towels for all of us. The host was so nice when I made changes (more than once) to our reservation and didn’t make me feel like a pain for the last minute changes. 10/10 recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful day. The space was very clean and well equipped. We were even able to host a Mother’s Day brunch! We were in town for our daughter’sBy graduation from UM and the location is perfect for walking downtown or visiting campus.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location brought back some great college memories and was central to everything. We were easily able to walk to WA Griz stadium and back from downtown. Will definitely look rent again for future visits!

We stayed in this house for a second time to attend a Griz game and watch our son in the marching band. This house is in a great location for walking to the stadium. All the amenities are great and made for a fun family weekend.

5 of us Stayed for 3 nights. Townhome was awesome. Very spacious living/dining area. Kitchen was very nice and had everything you need. Lots of very nice touches that made you feel at home. Very comfortable beds. Home was very clean. Easy walk to downtown and university. One of the best VRBOs I have stayed in . Definitely would stay again!

This place is amazing! If in Missoula, this place is a MUST! It is clean, beautiful decorated & restored, had everything we needed, easy to find, designated off street parking space and so close to The U of M ! We all loved every part of the space and will always consider staying here when we visit Missoula on our next girls trip ! It was a true Gem of a Property for our party of 5 !!

Spent five days at this property with my father and a family friend for a 70th birthday celebration and fishing trip. We could not have been more pleased with the home and its accommodations. The location was perfect for our fishing trips, as our guides from Missoula were able to pick us up each morning. The house was spotless and fully stocked with essentials. Great location, responsive host. Would stay again

What an absolute gem; we can't wait to stay here again as it was perfect for our family. We had a heat wave (103F) for the week of our vacation and the AC in the condo saved us; I highly recommend AC if you're looking for a place in Missoula during July. The condo was exceptional for us (2 parents/2 kids) and as this was a working vacation for us, we were able to explore the hiking and biking trails in the morning and then work (remotely) in the comfort of the apartment during the hotest part of the day. Our kids attended day camp and they happily biked along the riverfront trail every morning on their way to outdoor camp adventures. We also loved the location: we tried out a new bakery/coffee shop every morning, floated the river, and enjoyed walking to the Thursday Night Food Truck event at Caras Park. The only thing that we'd change would be to swap the (current) queen-sized beds for kings in the two big bedrooms but otherwise it was practically perfect.

We had a great stay at this property. It was exactly what was advertised and the primary point of contact was very responsive. One bonus thing is that the manager dropped off a new coffee machine since the current one wasn't working well. They didn't need to do that, but it was a nice gesture that we appreciated a lot.
