Fully Remodeled, 1st Floor End Unit | Lanai just steps from the Heated Pool | Near Crescent Beach

Beautiful, furnished condo just a 5 minute stroll to the beach! Beach equipment and kitchen utensils and appliances provided as well. Very clean, and updated! We enjoyed our time relaxing during this stay at this condo. Would highly recommend!

Great location within walking distance to our favorite beach and had everything our family needed for the week plus super clean, cute and beachy themed. Been coming to Sarasota every year for over a decade and this was the first place where we didn’t need portable fans to stay cool. Very responsive when reaching out which is a great plus and would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.

Place was well maintained and well stocked. It had everything you needed for a great vacation on the island. It was walking distance to everything including the beach. Kids loved that the pool was right out the back screen doors. Owner/Manager was very responsive to all our questions. Would definitely recommend.

If you can’t stay directly on the beach, this is the next best thing. clean and comfortable with everything you need. walk right out of your door to the heated pool. it’s in a nice area with beautiful beaches.

The apartment was spotless. Very clean and as pictured . King size bed in the master bedroom very comfortable. The walk to the beach is a little bit of a walk, but it was fine for us. Beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon very helpful and all brand new and nice. Only complaint was that the pool cleaner comes at 4:30 in the morning and he was there two different times during the week we were there. Very noisy and woke us up both mornings.

The condo is immaculately clean! It is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a great beach vacation. It is within walking distance to great bars and restaurants and is right by the access to the mainland roads. It is very tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and a great king bed in the master. Each bedroom has a private bathroom that makes it perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or pack a perfect beach picnic. The pool is literally right outside your door and there is a laundry 10 steps away. The condo is on the first floor with no stairs to navigate. Your parking space is right outside your door. We will definitely be back!

This condo was absolute the cleanest condo that I’ve ever stayed in. It was very cute and cozy. It was Close to all the bars and restaurants . This condo was with walking distance of the ocean. We really enjoyed our week vacation at this condo. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a reasonable and adorable condo close to the beach .

A beautiful condo with absolutely everything we could have needed. Very comfortable beds with extra towels and linens. The walk to the beach was less than five minutes and they provided chairs, umbrellas and so many beach toys/equipment. We also had direct access to the pool for the days we wanted to take a little break from the ocean. The condo is literally within five minutes walking distance from eateries like Anna's Deli, Jakes Ice Cream, Pizza & Brew walk another three minutes and you will find yourself at the long standing Crescent club as well as Captain Curt's Sniki Tiki.
