This newly remodeled 1 bedroom condo with loft features a spacious layout and all the modern amenities you could ask for.

The updated kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and entertaining guests. There is a breakfast bar that seats 4, a dining table that seats 4, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and all the necessary amenities if you love to cook.

The remodeled bathroom has a modern design with full bathtub and shower.

The master bedroom downstairs features a king bed, bathroom vanity with sink and washer and dryer. There is a TV, dresser, closet space, and hooks for hanging up your gear after a long day. The electric heater in the bedroom has a digital thermostat which is great for keeping the room a consistent temperature while you sleep.

The loft area features two cozy sleeping areas with privacy curtains and a wall separating the two twin beds from the adjacent queen bed sleeping area.

The comfortable living room has plenty of seating, a TV with streaming services, and lots of room for games in the evening. The pellet stove with smart thermostat provides heat for the condo, so no worrying about firewood, starting a fire or keeping it going.

This condo is located near the purple and red line shuttle stops, providing convenient access to the village gondola, main lodge, and other locations around town. You'll love the convenience of being able to walk to local restaurants, Distant Brewing, Vons, Rite Aid, and Grocery Outlet.     First off, amazing property in my favorite part of town. Right off Old Mammoth Road, close to everything: restaurants market coffee shops. The actual property is clean, well kept with well stocked kitchen with full sized fridge & dish washer. Oh, huge kitchen sink. All beds so comfy, exactly as listing photos but even better. Water gets hot quick. Best of all, responsive hosts that guided us thru a blizzard and offered early check in/ late check out to keep our family safe while 395 was opening back up. Thank you so much. The property is well kept, and quiet. Will be staying again & sharing with friends.

    We took a weekend trip to Mammoth with a group of friends and this place was the perfect size and location for us! The stay was spacious for our group of 5 and in a great location with regards to the bus. Scott and Sonya were helpful and responsive hosts. We would be happy to stay again on a future trip!

    We stayed for a week long ski trip over the New Year holiday. The place was fantastic with everything we needed to cook and take it easy. The communication from the hosts made things smooth. It was a convenient location and we would absolutely stay again.

    My family came up to this location for Christmas 2023. The unit itself was clean and upgraded. The host provided clear instructions on the amenities of the unit. This location was very convenient. It's right by both major grocery stores, and if you have Tesla's the super charger(150kW) is a 2 minute walk away. 2 spots are allowed for this unit. The host was excellent too, very responsive. We had a accident with a broken plate and reported it to the host who was very kind and understanding. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for upgraded and clean unit located in a great spot.

    Our recent stay at this charming condo in Mammoth Lakes was an absolute delight! From the moment we booked our stay, we were impressed by the host's responsiveness and helpfulness. Scott answered all our questions promptly and even provided us with detailed instructions for getting to the condo and accessing the amenities. The condo itself was spotless and inviting, plus we were thrilled with the convenience! Shuttle stops were just a short walk away, making it easy to get around without a car. There was also a grocery store, a brewery, and several restaurants within walking distance, so we had plenty of dining options during our stay. Overall, we had an incredible stay at this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and convenient getaway in Mammoth Lakes. The condo was perfect for our family of 6, and we look forward to our next trip!
