Fully furnished/equiped, 7 walking minutes to the beach, swimming pool....

This was a decent property for the money. Although, the cable didn't work the entire time we were there, and 9 days with two kids under 11 with no tv (even local tv) becomes a challenge. We were also aware that it worked in other units. When I contacted the owner they stated they were working on it, but then I never heard anything else. The stovetop didn't work and that was annoying since we did plan on using it. The hairdryer also didn't work, and there was a strong smell from the drain in the kitchen. A couple more annoyances were there was no hand soap at any sink and when we mapped the address in the ad using google maps, it sent us to an entirely different resort community so it took an hour longer to get there. Locals told us to map only Puerto Aventuras and then once we arrived there to map Villas Talia. Other than that it was clean and conveniently located. Nice pool and pretty walking path to the shops and restaurants,

Puerto Aventuras is a Lovely gated village with lots of shops, although they sell the same items , restaurants and bar areas. Loved sitting and watching the dolphins. Very walkable village. We met lots of nice people, both locals and expats as well as tourists like us. Talia’s condo was very nice and in a good location for us. The only complaint is the tv is not hooked up to cable or satellite which was not in the rental info. Normally we do not turn a tv on when we travel but this was Super Bowl Sunday and we couldn’t watch it in the condo. The WiFi wasn’t strong enough for streaming. All the restaurants and bars had it on though. Certainly not a deal breaker and Talia was apologetic. We would stay here again. The neighbors are very nice.

Thank you Talia for opening up your home to us, we enjoyed our stay very much. It is a beautiful area with many great restaurants, very safe and secure as well. We had a golf cart to get around but walking would be ok if you have no limitations. The condo is very well equipped and everything is kept in great working order. Would recommend staying here.

Great host and condo. The pool was great. Close enough to walk to restaurants, dolphins, etc...

Talia's condo was the perfect fit for my family with two teens. We flew into Cancun, rented a car and used beautiful Puerto Aventuras as the home base for our week of relaxing and adventure. The condo was impeccably clean and everything worked exactly as described - wifi, cable, AC, kitchen filtered water. We spent our time exploring cenotes - some of the very best are minutes away, lounging on Tulum or Xpu-Ha beach, and enjoying the delicious restaurants and gelato of Puerto Aventuras. We drove up to Coba for some history and Playa Del Carmen for some night life. PDC was WAY too touristy and busy for us - but a spectacle for sure! Puerto Aventuras is safe and small and lovely and quiet - very charming. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a great holiday at the condo. Kitchen is incredibly outfitted: blenders, rice cooker etc. More utensils than I have at home! Beds are super comfortable and great bedding. Great balcony overlooking the pool but secluded by the palm trees. Nicely decorated and outfitted condo. Great location with or without a car. 10 minute walk to beach or to chadreui (grocery store). Puerto Aventurous is a great gated area with many restauarants all within easy walking distance. 8 minute walk to highway to catch Collectivo to go to Playa del Carman or Tulum or the many cenotes along the highway. Short ride to Akumal to snorkel with sea turtles. Also great caletta and cenote within the gates.

Thank you Talia for the wonderful stay in your condo it was new, clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect location and we enjoyed all that the community had to offer. The restaurants were great and there were so many choices. We loved having the pool right outside our condo. The beach was lovely and not as busy as some of the other beaches we visited. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting Playa Del Carmen.
