Fully furnished condo adjacent to golf course. 2 minute walk the London Bridge

There had been a flood inside... there was no running water. AND the mess was NOT cleaned yet.

A waterline broke in the condo before we got there we had to find a motel or food went to waste no Refridge no cooking utensils at motel

First off, upon arriving, there is no Suite Number (it’s 137 for those checking this review). The instructions state “go to the left of the property and it’s the second door from the far left”. Why not just indicate the suite number in the instructions?We were given a code for the lock box that didn’t work. We contacted the owner. Fortunately for us, the neighbor popped out and confirmed the lock box code. He said the previous guests had the same issue. He gave us another code and we tried that and it worked. It should not be the neighbor’s job to give us the lock box code. Instead of hearing back from the owner, we got an automated text message that said “glad everything’s going well”. We did not hear back from the owner until the morning after!Upon getting into the property with the lockbox code given to us by the neighbor, we noticed the kitchen was a mess.Leftover coffee in the coffee pot, filter still in the coffee maker.Dirty, food encrusted microwaveDishes in the dishwasher (unsure if they were clean).A dirty sponge in the sink with another dirty fork.Food in the fridge.A FULL freezer of ice cube trays with an unopened container of ice cream.Dirty countertops with no paper towels to clean them if we wanted to (was not going to use the dirty sponge).Only ONE trash bag in the bottom cupboardOur son’s friend dumped a drink down the sink and it clogged. We tried to use the garbage disposal and it would not run. It was bizarre. We changed the sheets myself fo

We were given wrong code to key box by host. Fridge didn’t work which host admitted was a problem in the past. Food spoiled. Host did reimburse for food but we had extra costs due to having to eat out more than planned. Host offered to keep our refrigerated food at his own home & deliver as needed but this would have been awkward. Toilet ran. Hosted fix but also admitted he has stayed at the condo a few weeks earlier & had noticed this but why didn’t he fix at that time. Condo is clean but poorly maintained. Gorilla tape on patio screen door. Vertical blinds on patio door don’t open & close appropriately & sliding mechanism had tape as attempt to make it work which did not work. We were unable to use shower in one bathroom as it will only face the wall & we couldn’t get it to face forward. Cheap attempts at updates such as dollar store vinyl 12x12 backsplash that is starting to fall off. The fixtures, appliances, & kitchen cabinets appear to be original to when condo was built. That being said, there are pros to condo such as great location on a golf course in a gated community. It is located near the London Bridge which was very convenient. It is pet friendly.

The property was clean and quiet and was a great location for us.

Property was comfortable. Walking distance to London Bridge area and restaurants, attractions and grocery.

Are stay was non existent. The host knowingly double booked. So when we showed up another customer was already in the room. When we called the host he acted like he had no idea what happened. We contacted Vrbo the told us they could see his other booking and that he booked us on top of it. He never canceled our stay and we had to spend our entire afternoon on the phone with Vrbo getting a refund.

Great experience with the property and great location. Would definitely come back!

Let start by saying I called and message the host a few times with no response! The codes to enter the property were wrong! Luckily enough someone else let me use their code to access. The lock box code worked thank god! There are no instructions in the condo for anything! The place is dated but it was clean . We probably would not stay there again!

Location was great, it's an older condo - cleaning person had it cleaned well. We were very disappointed that it did NOT have a king size bed as advertised!

We really enjoyed our stay in Eric‘s condo. It was a supreme location with ample & secure parking. The host was very considerate and responsive to our needs. we look forward to returning to this condominium in the future.

Our clients truly enjoyed the property. Literally right off the golf course and lake. Fantastic amenities on property and walking distance to everything! We would definitely re-book!

Needs to be updated. Great location and nice and quiet. Had our dog with us and got a lot of dirty looks from the neighbors even though she’s very well behaved. Didn’t have the code for the main gate. After several minutes was able to flag down a security guy. He was very reluctant to give me the code until I showed him the email confirmation. The sliding glass door needs to be replaced. My wife could barely open it. The electrical outlet outside is about to come out the wall. Pots and pans are a hodgepodge and should be replaced. Freezer needs to be thawed and the drain cleaned as there is water buildup on the top shelf of the fridge.
